  • Publication number: 20230101585
Abstract: A method of testing non-volatile memory cells formed on a die includes erasing the memory cells and performing a first read operation to determine a lowest read current RC1 for the memory cells and a first number N1 of the memory cells having the lowest read current RC1. A second read operation is performed to determine a second number N2 of the memory cells having a read current not exceeding a target read current RC2. The target read current RC2 is equal to the lowest read current RC1 plus a predetermined current value. The die is determined to be acceptable if the second number N2 is determined to exceed the first number N1 plus a predetermined number. The die is determined to be defective if the second number N2 is determined not to exceed the first number N1 plus the predetermined number.

  • Publication number: 20230095201
Abstract: Polyethers are prepared by polymerizing an alkylene oxide in the presence of a starter, an aluminum compound that has at least one hydrocarbyl substituent, and a cyclic amidine. The phosphorus-nitrogen base is present in only a small molar ratio relative to the amount of starter. The presence of such small amounts of cyclic amidine greatly increases the catalytic activity of the system, compared to the case in which the aluminum compound is used by itself. The product polyethers have low amounts of unsaturated polyether impurities and little or no unwanted high molecular weight fraction. Polymers of propylene oxide have very low proportions of primary hydroxyl groups.

  • Patent number: 11616800
Abstract: Security policies may be utilized to grant or deny permissions related to the access of computing resources. Two or more security policies may be compared to determine whether the policies are equivalent, whether one security is more permissive than another, and more. In some cases, it may be possible to identify whether there exists a security permission that is sufficient to determine two security policies lack equivalency. Propositional logics may be utilized in the evaluation of security policies.

  • Patent number: 11615827
Abstract: Examples described herein relate to a decision tree computation system in which a hardware accelerator for a decision tree is implemented in the form of an analog Content Addressable Memory (a-CAM) array. The hardware accelerator accesses a decision tree. The decision tree comprises of multiple paths and each path of the multiple paths includes a set of nodes. Each node of the decision tree is associated with a feature variable of multiple feature variables of the decision tree. The hardware accelerator combines multiple nodes among the set of nodes with a same feature variable into a combined single node. Wildcard values are replaced for feature variables not being evaluated in each path. Each combined single node associated with each feature variable is mapped to a corresponding column in the a-CAM array and the multiple paths of the decision tree to rows of the a-CAM array.

  • Patent number: 11613576
Abstract: Provided herein are trispecific and/or trivalent binding proteins comprising four polypeptide chains that form three antigen binding sites that specifically bind one or more target proteins, wherein a first pair of polypeptides forming the binding protein possess dual variable domains having a cross-over orientation, and wherein and a second pair of polypeptides possess a single variable domain forming a single antigen binding site. In some embodiments, the binding proteins comprise a binding site that binds a CD28 polypeptide, a binding site that binds a CD3 polypeptide, and a binding site that binds a third polypeptide, such as a tumor target protein. In some embodiments, the binding proteins comprise four polypeptide chains that form three antigen binding sites that specifically bind one or more HIV target proteins. The disclosure also relates to methods for making trispecific and/or trivalent binding proteins and uses of such binding proteins.

  • Patent number: 11615336
Abstract: A quantum circuit called a “qumon” is provided to cancel unwanted ZZ interaction in a superconducting qubit architecture. The qumon qubit has a high coherence, and a positive anharmonicity that may be tuned to cancel the negative anharmonicity in a coupled qubit, such as a transmon qubit. The qumon has three parallel branches, in which are a shunt capacitor; a Josephson junction having weighted energy level and capacitance; and several Josephson junctions in series. The weight is chosen to provide the desired anharmonicity, and the transverse flux noise and transverse charge noise each decrease in proportion to the number of the Josephson junctions in series. Because unwanted ZZ interactions are canceled, qumon qubits and transmon qubits may be capacitively coupled in an alternating pattern to provide a surface code in which these interactions are canceled in an extensible way.

  • Patent number: 11615457
Abstract: A system may include a platform for an application to support processing flows for a service provider, such as ordering, sales, support, service delivery, and related process flows. The system may provide a limited set of application programming interfaces (APIs) that map to an application's user-experience page flows. The APIs may always appear to the application that the interaction process completed successfully—even if human intervention is required—to allow the application to complete the transaction. The system may have the ability to recognize the same user, and leverage that user's behavior across interactions with multiple sales channels. The system may thus provide, in one aspect, an enhanced user experience for ordering and maintaining complex service and equipment offerings.

  • Patent number: 11613197
Abstract: A folding trailer ramp suitable for heavy machinery has powered full extension and soft ground contact. A prime mover such as an air bag and actuator assembly rotates one link of a quadrilateral linkage. When deploying the folding ramp, the quadrilateral linkage fully extends a ramp tip from a main ramp segment before the ramp tip touches down onto the ground. The ramp tip locks into a stable position when fully extended. A push rod that forms a second link of the quadrilateral linkage is in some embodiments adjustable in length, and in further embodiments includes a spring pack that only changes length after the ramp tip is fully extended and locked into a stable position. A pivot arm that forms another link may terminate at an anti-friction roller that presses against and thereby locks the ramp tip. A roller channel may also partially encompass and protect the anti-friction roller.

  • Publication number: 20230093606
Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide for a knowledge search engine platform to identifying first data associated with a merchant system from one or more databases based on a search query submitted by a user device. The knowledge search engine platform generates a user dialog interface to display to the user device to enable a communication to collect additional information to supplement the first data. Second data to supplement the first data is received from the user system via the user dialog interface. Responsive to receiving the second data, a set of communications are transmitted to a set of search provider systems, where each communication of the set of communications comprising a recommended update comprising the first data and the second data.
