Abstract: A window shutter sleeve for placement over a window shutter of a home, or a frame in lieu of a window shutter, with an outer side, an inner side, a top lip, a bottom lip, and four edges, the four edges comprising a top edge, a bottom edge, and two side edges, the outer side having a decorative feature. The window shutter sleeve is removably attached to the window shutter or frame in lieu of a shutter by a variety of attaching means including clips, hook and loop fasteners, and elastic bands.
