Abstract: A system and method for communicating dangers by a vehicle occupant to a third party vehicle occupant comprising a RV on-road alert guide having a plurality of pages bound with a spiral bound and printed with alert messages. The pages exhibiting tabs extending from each page printed with reference information related to the page. In utilizing the system the vehicle occupant identifies a vehicle which can cause a potential danger, chooses an appropriate alert message page from the RV on-road alert guide using the tabs, and displays the appropriate alert message by holding the RV on-road alert guide against a window of the occupant's vehicle to the third party vehicle occupant.
