Abstract: A laminating device includes: a plate being bendable, having a resilience characteristic and for bearing the flexible substrate; a supporting base platform for supporting the plate and driving the plate and the flexible substrate on the plate to move; a bending assembly for applying stress to drive the plate and the flexible substrate on the plate to be bent towards a side, facing away from the flexible substrate, of the plate, and for releasing stress to allow the plate and the flexible substrate to rebound; and a fixing fixture for fixing the protective cover plate. The protective cover plate is used to be laminated to the flexible substrate, a shape of the fixing fixture is same as or similar to that of the protective cover plate, the fixing fixture is bent to form an accommodating space, and the protective cover plate is fixed in the accommodating space.

Abstract: A foldable display device includes a first support member, a second support member rotatably connected to the first support member, a primary display screen, and a secondary display screen fixed on the second support member. The first support member includes a flat surface, and a first arc surface and a second arc surface respectively connected to opposite sides of the flat surface. The primary display screen includes first, second, and third primary display screens sequentially covering the flat surface, the first arc surface, and the second arc surface. When the secondary display screen is stored, the first, second, and third primary display screens and the secondary display screen form a 360° surround screen. When the secondary display screen is spread to a same plane as the first primary display screen, the first primary display screen and the secondary display screen form a spliced display screen.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an optical filter and an infrared image sensing system including the optical filter. The optical filter includes a glass substrate, and an IR film layer and an AR film layer plated on two opposite surfaces of the glass substrate; the IR film layer includes a first refractive-index-material layer, a second refractive-index-material layer, and a third refractive-index-material layer; the refractive index of the third refractive-index-material layer is greater than the refractive index of the first refractive-index-material layer, and the refractive index of the second refractive-index-material layer is greater than the refractive index of the third refractive-index-material layer. The optical filter of the present disclosure has a good anti-reflection effect on near-infrared light so that a high accuracy of face recognition and gesture recognition is ensured.

Abstract: The present invention provides a display screen and a cutting method thereof. The display screen is provided with a protection structure along a cutting region edge, and the protection structure covers a sidewall of the cutting region edge. The protection structure is a multilayer structure, which can effectively protect edges of opening regions and slotting region of the display screen, so that force is buffered and dispersed in layers, and impact is gradually resolved, thereby improving impact resistance of the opening regions and the slotting regions of the display screen, and enhancing an entire strength of the display screen.

Abstract: The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method and an apparatus for displaying a video image, an electronic device and a storage medium. The solution is as follows: receiving, by a server, a UDP request sent by a client based on an IP address of the server, wherein the UDP request includes identification information of a video to be played; acquiring the video to be played according to the identification information of the video to be played; encapsulating the video to be played from a key frame of the video to obtain a UDP packet; and sending the UDP packet to the client at a first transmission rate, so that the client, after receiving the UDP packet, decapsulates the UDP packet to obtain the video to be played, and display a first image frame of the video to be played, wherein the first transmission rate is the maximum transmission rate determined according to a network bandwidth.

Abstract: An optical filter that includes a substrate and a first set of films disposed on a first surface of the substrate, wherein the first set of films includes a high refractive index film layer, a low refractive index film layer, and a matching film layer. A material of the matching film layer includes a nitrogen-doped silicon germanium mixture having a chemical formula SixGe1-xNy, where 0?x?1, and 0<y?0.1. In a wavelength range of 780 nm to 3000 nm, a refractive index of the high refractive index film layer is greater than a refractive index of the low refractive index film layer, and a refractive index of the matching film layer is not equal to a refractive index of its adjacent film layer.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a near-infrared narrowband filter and a manufacturing method therefor. The filter includes: a substrate; a set of narrowband pass films, disposed on a first side of the substrate; and a set of wideband pass/longwave pass films. The set of wideband pass/longwave pass films is disposed on a second side of the substrate opposite to the first side, and a passband of the set of wideband pass/longwave pass films is wider than that of the set of narrowband pass films. The set of narrowband pass films includes a high refractive index layer having a refractive index greater than 3 and a low refractive index layer having the refractive index less than 3 within a wavelength range of 780 nm to 3000 nm. A reflection color of the near-infrared narrowband filter in a CIE xyz coordinate system satisfies: x<0.509, y<0.363, and z<50%.

Abstract: A near-infrared bandpass filter includes a substrate, a set of main films located on a first side of the substrate and a set of secondary films located on a second side of the substrate, wherein the second side is opposite to the first side. The set of main films includes a high refractive index film layer and a first low refractive index film layer arranged in a first preset stacked structure. The set of secondary films includes a second low refractive index film layer and a third low refractive index film layer arranged in a second preset stacked structure. In a wavelength range of 780 nm to 3000 nm, the near-infrared bandpass filter has at least one passband, and when a temperature is changed from ?150° C. to 300° C., a drift amount of a center wavelength of the at least one passband is less than 0.15 nm/° C.

Abstract: An electronic device includes an active layer located over a substrate with the active layer having a logic circuit and an eDRAM cell. The electronic device also includes a first metallization level located over the active layer that provides logic interconnects and metal capacitor plates. The logic interconnects are connected to the logic circuit and the metal capacitor plates are connected to the eDRAM cell. The electronic device additionally includes a second metallization level located over the first metallization level that provides an interconnect connected to at least one of the logic interconnects, and a bit line that is connected to the eDRAM cell. A method of manufacturing an electronic device is also included.
