  • Patent number: 11874315
Abstract: A method for testing a device for monitoring an item of equipment of a motor vehicle. The method includes controlling a driver with a microcontroller in order that the driver performs at least one diagnosis, detecting an electrical fault of the monitoring device, positioning a switch connecting the driver and the circuit board in its open position, controlling the driver with the microcontroller in order that the driver reiterates the at least one diagnosis, and, in the event of the electrical fault being detected again, locating the electrical fault on the driver or, in the event of absence of detection of the electrical fault, locating the electrical fault outside the driver and in particular on the circuit board or between the driver and the circuit board.

  • Publication number: 20220347779
Abstract: A method for a heating device suitable for heating at least one soldered joint between an electronic component including at least a first contact mound and a printed circuit board. The soldered joint on the one hand securing the electronic component to the printed circuit board and on the other hand, while providing electrical continuity, the electronic component also having an electronic-component width, and an electronic-component thickness, wherein it includes an electrical-connection suitable for being coupled to an electrical power supply and a heater suitable for reaching a temperature at least equal to the melting point of the solder.

  • Patent number: 10954879
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for adapting a control signal of a control circuit for at least one injector of a combustion engine of a motor vehicle, the control signal being a voltage-pulse signal of variable frequency varying between a minimum frequency and a maximum frequency and which is characterized over a given period by its duty cycle. For a given period of the control signal, the method includes determining the start time of the given period and of detecting the first pulse in the given period from the start time and, when the duration of the detected first pulse is included in a minimum time interval beginning at the start of the given period and the duration of which is dependent on the maximum frequency, modifying the duration of the detected first pulse so that the duration becomes equal to the duration of the minimum time interval.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: March 23, 2021
Assignees: CONTINENTAL AUTOMOTIVE FRANCE, CONTINENTAL AUTOMOTIVE GMBH

  • Patent number: 10598725
Abstract: Disclosed is an integrated circuit (1) including two electrical power supply terminals (2a, 2b), respectively positive and ground, forming part of a first electrical power supply system (2) internal to the integrated circuit and providing its electrical power supply using an electrical power supply source external to the integrated circuit. The integrated circuit includes two pins (3a, 3b), respectively positive and ground, forming part of a second electrical power supply system (3) and providing an auxiliary electrical connection of the integrated circuit with the outside, the second power supply system being in parallel with the first power supply system, the first power supply system being open when the second power supply system is closed and vice versa.
