  • Publication number: 20200346650
Abstract: A method compensates for wheel torque interruption for a change in braking ratio in a vehicle with an electric traction unit linked to wheels by a gearbox that transmits, to the wheels, the braking torque of the electric traction unit in the deceleration phase over at least two transmission ratios, and a mechanical braking system acting on the wheels independently of the electric traction unit. The method includes defining a setpoint for mechanical braking torque at the wheels, depending on the control type of the electric traction unit, and the date of the downshift ratio change request to the gearbox. The mechanical braking torque setpoint is equal to the difference between an anticipated torque request to the electric traction unit and the estimation of the torque at the wheel, before the date of the end of the shift at the gearbox, if the electric traction unit is torque-controlled.

  • Publication number: 20190078684
Abstract: A method is provided for checking a configuration safety of a coupling device for a gear box sliding gear. The gear box sliding gear is rotationally connected to a drive input shaft of the gearbox and is axially movable on the drive input shaft from an intermediate neutral position to either of two opposite positions of engagement with an idler pinion. The method defining a neutral configuration of the coupling device on based on a main information relating to the position of the slider gear and its movement setting, in which position the transmission of the torque to the wheel is effectively stopped, and in that the start of synchronization of the slider gear with a pinion is only allowed when the device is in this configuration.

  • Patent number: 10218199
Abstract: A system of electric batteries includes a plurality of batteries (HVB1, HVB2, HVB3) connected to each other by two polarities. Each battery has at least two relays (RN, RP, RA) for the connecting of poles of the battery to the two polarities. The system includes a secondary power supply to provide an activation energy to the relays. The system includes means of supervision to control the relays (RN, RP, RA) in a staggered manner so that each activation of a relay follows a previous activation by at least a predetermined time period (DT).

  • Patent number: 10156291
Abstract: In order to control the disengagement limit position of a movable dog relative to a fixed dog of a motor vehicle transmission, the following steps are implemented: acquiring position values of the movable dog; detecting an abutment position of the movable dog against the fixed dog for a predefined period; and calculating the limit position from the position value of the movable dog in abutment against the fixed dog.

  • Publication number: 20160370433
Abstract: A method for estimating residual capacities of a plurality of batteries connected to an electrical power distribution network includes storing in the batteries energy coming from the network, releasing to return the energy to the network, gathering information relating to physical quantities to determine a state of ageing of each battery, during the storing, charging a selected battery until a predefined maximum charge level is reached, during the releasing, discharging the selected battery, if the selected battery has reached the maximum charge level during the storing, until a predefined minimum charge level is reached, or making the selected battery inactive if the selected battery has not yet reached the predefined maximum charge level, then measuring a level of energy yielded by the selected battery, and calculating a residual capacity of the selected battery based on the measurement of the level of energy yielded by the battery.
