Abstract: In one embodiment disclosed herein, one or more electronic displays operate as part of an advertising display system, such as may he used at a retail store where one or more electronic displays are placed at strategic locations within the retail store and used to provide advertising to shoppers within the retail store. The contemplated advertising display system includes at least one electronic display for displaying advertisements and a display control computer configured to cause the electronic display to display a series of advertisements corresponding to inventoried products. Further, an advertising control computer in the system is configured to compose the series of advertisements and to modify product-pricing information displayed in one or more of the advertisements, as a function of tracked inventory information for the inventoried products.
