  • Patent number: 11966720
Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide for structured command line input for application integration such that application programming interface (API) integration is simplified for end users. The embodiments described herein use OpenAPI specifications to map specification paths (or endpoints) to a command line interface (CLI) command structure automatically. Accordingly, the embodiments described herein enable an end user to run CLI commands within the end user's environment to accomplish application integration without the need for a technician to write configuration instructions for each type of user device. Additionally, the embodiments described herein enable efficient product integration at a larger scale as well as the ability to ad hoc add new solutions or applications based on, for example, a single line of CLI input.

  • Publication number: 20240119921
Abstract: To avoid startling a computer game player immersed in virtual reality for example, active noise cancelation is gradually introduced. As an alternative, ambient noise is gradually increased to conceal loud external sounds. The noise cancelation or ambient noise generation is established according to sound exceeding a background threshold as detected by a microphone. The noise cancelation or ambient noise generation can be established according to images of a noisy object as imaged by a camera.

  • Publication number: 20240115937
Abstract: Computer game developers can implicitly create haptic assets from audio assets. A low pass filter passes only audio assets with frequencies less than a threshold to a mapping module. The audio assets are then mapped to haptic assets that can be output by an ERM of a computer game controller. The haptic output can be in synchronization with play of the audio assets on speakers.

  • Patent number: 11951208
Abstract: Provided are low impact methods of creating concentrated water-in-oil and oil-in-water nanosized emulsions, effective therapeutic carriers for skin aging preparations. To achieve optimum multifunctional activity, ceramide and plant-based ceramides are selected to naturally mimic epidermal composition; and are made into evenly dispersed, small droplet, high-absorption skincare treatment emulsions. The water-in-oil emulsion is a highly stable, low-water ratio concentrate, of particular benefit to dry and aging skin types. The oil-in-water lipophilic emulsion maximizes lipid and nutrient release into the epidermis (stratum basale to stratum corneum). Lipophilic compositions are non-irritating and highly absorbable, resulting in superior skin health; specifically skin barrier keratinocyte, lipid and hydration improvements and aesthetic improvements, including skin smoothness and wrinkle reduction, while decreasing potential dermatitis and similar.

  • Patent number: 11927428
Abstract: Devices, systems and methods for providing firearms, including handguns, with infrared sights and a camera which can be held in one shooter's hand. The camera can send live video which can display a target to a portable display, such as a smart phone, smart watch or smart glasses, that is held in another hand of the shooter, so that the shooter remains out of harms' way if the target is armed. The novel sight can include hybrids of combinations of infrared and bright white visible lights, and use all visible bright white light. A motion sensor or magnetometer sensor can be separately used to cause the novel sight to become activated. Wireless charging can be accomplished with charging circuits, charging pads and USB cables and ports. • Publication number: 20240075064
Abstract: The present disclosure provides compositions and methods for expanding T cells or tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) in vitro. K562 feeder cells engineered to express a costimulatory molecule (e.g., 41BB ligand (41BBL)) and either interleukin 21 (IL21) or interleukin 7 (IL7) can be used in a rapid expansion protocol (REP) step to expand the T cells or TILs. Thus, provided herein is a culture comprising T-cells or TILs and modified K562 feeder cells. The T cells can be modified to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) or a T cell receptor (TCR) or the TILs can be modified to express membrane-bound IL15 (mbIL15). The T cells or TILs can be expanded in vitro using aREP without the use of exogenous interleukin 2 (IL2), and the expanded cells can be used in adoptive cell therapy for treatment of cancer without concomitant use of an exogenous cytokine such as IL2.

  • Publication number: 20240017177
Abstract: A disruptive behavior incident flag notification is received from a game player that marks a time during play of a video game corresponding to a potential disruptive behavior incident. A video clip for the disruptive behavior incident flag notification is automatically generated and stored with the disruptive behavior incident flag notification in association with an account of the game player. The game player accesses and reviews the disruptive behavior incident flag notification and corresponding generated video clip. The game player applies a validation indicator to the disruptive behavior incident flag notification. The validation indicator for the disruptive behavior incident flag notification as received from the game player is used to prioritize the disruptive behavior incident flag notification and corresponding generated video clip for platform moderator review.
