Additionally, the lid assembly can include a lid that can have a third component and a fourth component. The third component can be coupled to the first compartment such that third component is at least partially inside the inlet defined by the first component and the fourth component can be coupled to the second component.

Abstract: A snap-fit locking mechanism assembly for a water filter cartridge cover in a household appliance includes a housing of the water filter cartridge cover being coupled to the household appliance. The water filter cartridge cover can include an annular snap-fit lock that can rotate the cover panel between an open position and a closed position.
