Abstract: A battery apparatus is disclosed. The battery apparatus has a frame body, a plurality of battery units, a first electric conductive sheet, a first electric-insulated thermally conductive pad, and a thermally conductive panel. The frame body has an upper surface and a first lateral plane; the plurality of battery units are situated inside the frame body and a first electrode of each battery unit is exposed to the upper surface; the first electric conductive sheet touches the upper surface and contacts the first electrode for conducting the electric currents of the plurality of battery units; the first electric-insulated thermally conductive pad is situated above the first electric conductive sheet; the first thermally conductive panel is situated above the first electric-insulated thermally conductive pad and contacts the first lateral plane.
