Abstract: Various aspects of the subject technology relate to systems, methods, and machine-readable media for interconnecting multiple blockchains for trading purposes is provided. Various aspects may include initiating a transaction for a user in a host blockchain implementing first smart contracts. Aspects may also include generating, at the host blockchain, a message including details of the transaction. Aspects may also include transmitting, via a bridge, the message including the details of the transaction to a target blockchain implementing second smart contracts. Aspects may also include user's balance in the first and second smart contracts based on the message/transaction.
