Abstract: A duct assembly, to house and route utilities for example in floors, walls and overhead spaces, including a plurality of tracks connected together with a plurality of joint bars, where each track includes a bottom side, opposed side walls separated by a central wall and an open top. The assembly includes a shelf support partway along the wall between the bottom side and the open top to support a plurality of middle covers defining a lower chase. The assembly further including a plurality of top covers removably connected to a top of the tracks to define an upper chase.

Abstract: A device and method of a floating shot pin combines the actions of a floating pin with a retracting pin. The assembly includes a body having an internal inward taper; and a pin retainer shaft at least partially housed within the body and connected to a cylinder shaft. The pin retainer shaft including a shaped shoulder portion corresponding to the inward taper. In an extended state, the cylinder shaft urges the shaped shoulder portion of the pin retainer shaft to engage with the inward tapered portion of the body creating a locked position to support a workpiece on a pin while work is performed. In a retracted state, the cylinder shaft retracts leaving the locked position allowing the pin retainer shaft to float within tolerances in the connection between the pin retainer shaft and the cylinder shaft thereby relieving pressure on a pin while the workpiece is removed.

Abstract: An electrically insulated fence including a substrate of a rigid wire mesh fence, with a coating or covering there on, rendering the fence electrically isolated, in order to deter electrocution of maintenance workers coming into contact with the electrically charged fence. All surfaces, which may be contacted by the maintenance worker, are preferably either coated or covered with an extruded piece of electrically insulating material.
