Abstract: A cellphone program is disclosed to allow a user to set up an instant text reply for messages from other cellphone users via a message stating the reason for the user's unavailability. In use, a user can create, save, and select various outgoing messages from their cellphone user interface. The cellphone user then selects the desired instant text reply message that will be automatically sent to other cellphone users attempting to contact them for a predetermined time period. At the end of the time period for operation of the Instant Text Reply, the operation of the cellphone is returned to its ordinary function. The invention can be implemented with a program on the cellphone.
