  • Patent number: 11950800
Abstract: A catheter for scoring or slicing a lesion. The catheter has a first receiver at a distal end of an expandable portion of the catheter shaft. A first carrier at least partially within the first receiver is moveable axially along the catheter shaft to deploy a first cutter along the expandable portion for cutting or scoring the lesion. In an alternative embodiment, the first carrier may be a wire having a loop, and thus forming a first length including the first cutter and a second length including a second cutter. Actuation of the wire thus causes simultaneous, reciprocal movement of the first and second cutters. Related methods are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 10664880
Abstract: A parking meter receives data indicative of a remote payment being completed and displays an amount of time purchased by the remote payment for a parking session. The parking meter determines an amount of time remaining in the parking session and powers down at least a portion of a meter communication subsystem subsequent to receiving the data indicative of the remote payment being completed. The parking meter wakes up the powered down portion of the communication subsystem upon determining that the amount of time remaining is below a threshold time, and can receive an indication of additional time being paid for remotely, and can update the displayed time remaining to reflect the additional time.

  • Patent number: 6579030
Abstract: An assembly for mounting a sensor to an exhaust flow system comprising a locking member defining a through hole and a body element engageable with the locking member. The locking member desirably defines a pair of slots, and the body element desirably includes a pair of tabs. The body element is receivable within the hole defined by the locking member and the tabs are receivable within the slots defined by the locking member. The body element is rotatable relative to the locking member from an unlocked position in which the tabs are aligned with the slots to a locked position to lock the body element to the locking member. The locking member may be in the form of a ring and an exhaust pipe, with the ring being welded to the exhaust pipe. The body element may be in the form of a sensor and a sensor mount disposed about the sensor. Each tab includes an engaging surface and the ring includes a pair of bearing surfaces to engage and act upon the engaging surfaces.
