A biological sample collection device can include a suction port to couple to the suction source and a scope port to couple to the scope device. The scope port can include an angled connection member that angles in line and away from the suction port. The biological sample collection device can also include a suction hose clip and/or a light pipe clip to secure the biological sample collection device relative to the suction hose and/or a light pipe.
