Abstract: A piercing tip for a demolition shear, the piercing tip including a blade-side sidewall and a guide-side sidewall, a front wall, and a bottom wall. An intersection of a front outer wear surface of the front wall and a bottom wear surface of the bottom wall defines a front piercing edge. An intersection of a planar outer wear surface of the blade-side sidewall and the bottom wear surface of the bottom wall defines a shearing edge. A blade set may include the piercing tip and at least one shear blade. The piercing tip and at least one shear blade may be mounted to the blade-side of an upper jaw of the demolition shear.

Abstract: Systems and methods for associating a gift message with a purchased item are presented. A purchaser of an item is given an opportunity to upload, create, edit, and/or modify a gift message for electronic delivery to a recipient in association with the delivery of the purchased item. A gift message may comprise one or more of video, image, audio, text, and/or other data and content types, all of which can be electronically delivered to a recipient. Upon receiving notice of delivery to a recipient of a purchased item, a notification is electronically sent to the recipient indicating the delivery of the purchased item. The notification includes encoded information, sometimes in the form of a link or hyperlink, that when traversed, provides access of the gift message to the recipient or other viewer(s).

Abstract: A slewing ring grease assembly for providing grease to internal gear teeth of a slewing ring. The slewing ring grease assembly includes a bulkhead fitting having a flange and a shaft, the shaft extends through a hole in the bulkhead attached to the slewing ring such that the shaft extends over the internal gear teeth of the slewing ring. The bulkhead fitting flange is secured to the bulkhead on a side opposite the internal gear teeth of the slewing ring. A passage through the bulkhead fitting is provided which is capable of delivering grease through the bulkhead fitting and onto the internal gear teeth of the slewing ring. The grease assembly may include a wall fitting extending through a wall of housing supporting the bulkhead and a connecting tube capable of delivering grease from the wall fitting to the passage of the bulkhead fitting.

Abstract: A hydraulic swivel assembly includes a hydraulic swivel having a plurality of ports on a base and a plurality of ports on a rotatable extension. A manifold block is secured to the base, and has a corresponding plurality of ports matingly aligning with the plurality of ports of the base, whereby the plurality of ports of the manifold block are adapted to couple to a first set of hydraulic lines from a non-rotating member and the plurality of ports on the rotatable extension are adapted to couple to a second set of hydraulic lines which rotate with the rotatable member.

Abstract: A gas spring biased access cover for a material handling attachment. The gas spring biased access cover having a cover plate sized to substantially cover an access opening in a top plate of the main body of the material handling attachment. The cover plate is pivotally movable between a closed position in which the access opening is substantially covered and an open position in which the access opening is substantially unobstructed by the cover plate. At least one gas spring biases the cover plate in the open position. An access cover fastener secures the cover plate in the closed position.

Abstract: A tailgate ladder attached to a pickup truck tailgate. The ladder is attached to one of a pair of pivot plates with a hinge assembly that allows it to be raised to a horizontal position. At the horizontal position, the ladder is then pivoted over the tailgate and secured with a bracket for storage.
