Abstract: Provided are a fusion protein including glutathione-S-transferase and a protein having binding affinity for a target cell or a target protein, and use thereof as a drug delivery carrier and a pharmaceutical composition. The fusion protein and the drug delivery carrier including the same according to an aspect may sustain an in vivo residence time, and may also have improved target cell-targeting ability, and thus may be effectively delivered to target cells. Accordingly, it may be usefully applied to a targeted therapeutic agent.

The system includes a multimodal fusion analyzer configured to analyze semantics of personal media having various forms based on a plurality of modalities and divide the personal media into media fragments which are the smallest units having semantics, a semantic-based intelligent retriever configured to store and retrieve the divided media fragments by considering the semantics, a personal media recommender configured to learn and analyze a profile of a user through modeling the user, and select and recommend a plurality of media fragments wanted by the user among the media fragments retrieved by the semantic-based intelligent retriever, and a personal media creator configured to create new personal media using the plurality of media fragments recommended by the personal media recommender according to a scenario input by the user.

An apparatus for calculating a TCP checksum includes a data division unit for dividing content to be transmitted into two or more primary data fragments by a unit of a preset byte. A first checksum calculation unit calculates first checksums for the primary data fragments, respectively. A second checksum calculation unit calculates a second checksum for secondary data to be inserted into a data area of the TCP segment using the first checksums. Accordingly, in TCP-based networks, a checksum calculation procedure is improved upon transmitting static content, so that a static content transfer rate occupying most of TCP-based network traffic can be improved.
