  • Publication number: 20070226495
Abstract: Disclosed is a settlement method using a mobile terminal and system thereof that is able to safely perform micro-payment using a mobile terminal that is able to perform a first authentication in a mobile communication system using communication subscriber information, and protect a user from a mobile terminal illegally duplicated by performing a second authentication using unique information of the mobile terminal. The system comprises: a mobile communication system for performing a first authentication using authentication information provided by a user and transmitting a first message including a call-back URL and a second message including an authentication number to the mobile terminal; and a user agent authentication server for performing a second authentication using a user agent transmitted from the mobile terminal in response to the first message and providing the mobile terminal with the authentication result.

  • Publication number: 20070060409
Abstract: A system and method for playing a golf game. A user is allotted with an ability value for the golf game, and a swing gauge for determining a movement direction of a ball is adjusted on the basis of the ability value allotted to the user. The golf game is processed by determining a movement direction of a golf ball on the basis of a signal received according to the user's manipulation of the swing gauge, and moving the ball toward the determined movement direction on the basis of a flight distance according to the ability value and the user's manipulation of the swing gauge. A score is yielded on the basis of a final position of the ball according to a shot played by the user and of the number of strokes taken by the user. A result of the golf game is determined according to the score, and ability points capable of adjusting the ability value according to the result of the golf game are selectively allotted to the user.

  • Publication number: 20050253605
Abstract: A probe used for a high electric current. The prove comprises an outer pipe having a cylindrical configuration which is opened at upper and lower ends thereof; a plunger installed in an upper part of the outer pipe to be elastically extended out of and retracted into the outer pipe, and brought into contact with a contact terminal of a test object; a contact member installed in a lower part of the outer pipe and electrically connected with a contact terminal of a circuit board; and a plurality of contact wires installed at a region where the plunger and the contact member are engaged with each other, to electrically connect the plunger to the contact member, and each having one end which is bent outward.

  • Patent number: 5808453
Abstract: Multiple controllers connected in parallel to control external circuits such as dc-dc converters so that the external circuits supply power equally to a load such as a microprocessor. All of the controllers are connected and each controller includes an oscillator and a pulse width modulation circuit to synchronize the frequency of all of the oscillators such that the duty cycle of all the oscillators are equal. Each controller includes an over-current protection circuit and an over-voltage protection circuit which will cause the controller with a fault to discontinue supplying power to the load. Each controller further includes a circuit to adjust the duty cycle of the non-faulty controllers when a controller with a fault is caused to discontinue supplying power to the load.
