The shift gear apparatus selects a gear pair suitable for a traveling speed by a synchronizer by meshing gear pairs with: the first input shaft and the output shaft, the second input shaft and the output shaft, and the first input shaft and the transfer shaft. In particular, the gear pairs include a gear pair to form a lowermost stage, a gear pair forming an upper most stage, and a gear pair for forming a reverse stage.
