The device includes a planarization layer which is disposed above the transistor and has a first open area. The device includes an anode electrode which is disposed in the first open area and a side portion of the planarization layer adjacent to the first open area. The device includes a bank which covers a part of the anode electrode and has a second open area corresponding to the first open area. The device includes an organic layer which is disposed on the anode electrode exposed by the second open area. The device includes a cathode electrode disposed on the organic layer, and a side portion of the planarization layer has a bumpy shape and an end of the anode electrode has a bumpy shape from a plan view.
