  • Patent number: 6502612
Abstract: An integral solid tire is formed with an outer section and an inner foam section. The inner side portion of the outer section comprises a number of layers with one portion integrating to the inner portion of the outer section. When sulfur is added to the outer section for processing, the inner foam section is integrally formed in the inner of the outer section by means of heating and pressure process, and the inner foam section is integral with the other portion of the layers of the outer section. In other words, the inner foam section is integral with the outer section, this design has a low density at the center and gradually increases towards outside in a radius state which has a better shock absorption.

  • Patent number: 6167931
Abstract: An improved inflation-free tire structure for use on light duty vehicles, such as mowers and wheel chairs, has a crude tire, a pair of wheel discs and a bearing. The crude tire is provided with multiple radial plies that are extended over and wound around the wire beads disposed on inner parallel peripheral rims of a tire and further led to the middle or bottom portion of the rubber side walls of a tire so that the strength of the tire is reinforced. Each wheel disc provided with a flanged rim has a central through hole with four holes disposed on the periphery thereof so as to permit the bearing to be guided through the two wheel discs and fixed in place. The tire has a central hole with which a wheel disc is in snap engagement. The diameter of the rim of the central hole of the tire is smaller than the diameter of the flanged rim of a wheel disc so that the tire can be sealedly engaged with each wheel disc in assembly.

  • Patent number: 6138729
Abstract: A structural improvement of a solid tire is made up of a tire embodiment, an inner tire including a bottom layer , a middle layer and an upper layer. The bottom layer is a flat-topped curve-bottomed continual slab, the middle layer having an approximately rectangular cross section with top and bottom side thereof provided with axially parallel grooves and the right and left side defined in a smoothly curved surface. The upper layer is approximately in the same shape as the bottom layer but is additionally equipped with a humpbacked portion right on top of the curve-bottomed area. In assembly, the bottom layer is placed at the bottom of the tire embodiment and the middle layer is positioned next on top of the bottom layer, the upper layer is lastly placed on top of the middle layer. Such a structure makes the solid tire have a better buffer effect and lighter weight in use and the inner tire assembly can also be recycled for use after the tire embodiment is worn out.

  • Patent number: 6112790
Abstract: A puncture-durable tire structure has a tire body which is covered with an outer radial ply at the inner side thereof. The outer radial ply is made up of an inner layer and an outer layer that are respectively extended over the bead wires at the edges of the tire body and further extended to a middle position of a rubber side wall of the tire body. The inner side of the outer radial ply is in abutment with an airtight layer which is in turn in abutment with a leakage-proof layer. The leakage-proof layer is further covered with an inner radial ply which has an inner layer and an outer layer. The outer layer of the inner radial ply extends to a tire lip portion of the tire body and the inner layer of the inner radial ply is led over and wound around the bead wires at the tire body and further extends to the upper portion of the rubber side wall.
