  • Publication number: 20150231989
Abstract: The present invention relates to a two-phase, two-column linear pulse motor propulsion system, and more particularly to a two-phase, two-column linear pulse motor propulsion system which can implement high-speed driving, stopping, and switching directions forward/backward through non-adhesive driving characteristics by improving accelerating performance and torque performance. The two-phase, two-column linear pulse motor propulsion system comprises a field unit 121, 122 prepared in two columns in the longitudinal direction under a moving body 110 so as to generate a magnetic field; an armature unit 131, 132 which is prepared on a travelling track, generates a shifting field by the power supplied from a power conversion device, is prepared in two columns so as to correspond to the two-column field unit 121, 122 and generates the propulsion force of the moving body 110 through interaction due to a two-phase synchronous signal.

  • Patent number: 8468949
Abstract: Provided is a tube railway system that reduces noise and air resistance using a sealed evacuated tube as a passage for a tube railway, thereby allowing a train to run at a higher speed. A vacuum division management system and a vacuum blocking screen device for a tube railway system required to maintain vacuum are provided, in which the vacuum blocking screen device is operated to rapidly block a passage for a tube railway in response to an operation signal, is installed at every certain section or at a designated section of the tube railway, and is operated in a specific section when a vacuum maintenance problem occurs, or when the vacuum needs to be released, or when the train needs to stop immediately, thereby allowing the specific section to be isolated from other sections to have a degree of vacuum different from those of the other sections.

  • Publication number: 20110283914
Abstract: Provided is a tube railway system that minimizes noise and air resistance using a sealed evacuated tube as a passage for a tube railway., thereby allowing a train to run at a very high speed. More particularly, provided is a vacuum division management system and vacuum blocking screen device for a tube railway system required to maintain vacuum (1/3 to 1/1000 of atmospheric pressure), in which the vacuum blocking screen device serves to rapidly block a passage for a tube railway with an operation signal, is installed in every fixed section or in some designated sections of the tube railway, and is driven in a specific section where problems with maintenance of the vacuum occur, where the vacuum is intentionally released, for instance, due to maintenance, or where a train is urgently stopped, thereby allowing the specific section to be isolated from the other sections and to be managed with a degree of vacuum different from those of the other sections.

  • Patent number: 7830064
Abstract: Disclosed are a motor and a drum washing machine having the same. The motor includes external stators and internal stators, which are respectively disposed in a ring shape and are separated from each other in a radial direction, and rotors, which are disposed in a ring shape and are rotatably installed between the external stators and the internal stators such that the rotors are rotated due to interaction with the external stators and the internal stators, thus being capable of generating a high rotary force while maintaining a uniform length in an axial direction.

  • Patent number: 6316594
Abstract: Disclosed is a novel antimicrobial peptide, named parasin I, which is isolated from catfish. Catfish produce a strong antimicrobial peptide in the epithelial mucosal layer upon epidermal injury to protect against the invasion of microorganisms. It is 2000.4 Da in molecular mass and consist of 19 amino acid residues, represented by Lys-Gly-Arg-Gly-Lys-Gln-Gly-Gly-Lys-Val-Arg-Ala-Lys-Ala-Lys-Thr-Arg-Ser-Ser (SEQ ID NO: 1) Parasin I shows exceptionally potent antimicrobial activity against a broad spectrum of micrroorganisms, including Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and fungui, without any hemolytic activity. Its synthetic derivatives also have potent activity. Therefore, parasin I and its derivatives can be used as wound healing agent, trauma curing agent, mouthwash, eyewash, etc.
