    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a seat cushion extension device for a fold-and-dive seat. The seat cushion extension device may include a pair of seat cushion side frames arranged at a predetermined interval, a seatback frame rotatably connected to the pair of seat cushion side frames and having a guide pin formed on an outer surface thereof, a seat cushion frame, a pair of links rotatably connected between the pair of seat cushion side frames and a front end of the seat cushion frame, and a pair of extension frames. Each of the pair of extension frames may have a front end connected to the seat cushion frame, and a rear end formed with a guide hole, into which a guide pin may be inserted. The seat cushion extension device may facilitate a forward extension of a seat cushion regardless of a position of a seatback of the fold-and-dive seat.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a safety unit of a hinge for a folding ladder to prevent a user's finger from being caught in the hinge when the hinge rotates. The hinge includes a first joint unit, a second joint unit, and a locking unit, and the safety unit is provided between a first stop shoulder of the first joint unit and a second stop shoulder of the second joint unit. The safety unit includes a mount part and an insert part. The mount part is provided in the first joint unit to be positioned under the first stop shoulder, and an inside portion of the mount part is rounded to surround a part of the first joint unit. The insert part extends from an upper end of the mount part, and is rounded to have the same curvature as the inside portion of the mount part.

    Abstract: A decision error correcting method that is adopted to a general digital communication system having a decision circuit finding an original message from a received signal to remove a misdecision-to-adjacent symbol. The decision error correcting method includes performing a soft decision for a received suspicious signal with all the candidate symbols, computing error distances between the suspicious signal and all the candidate symbols, computing respective error distances between each candidate symbol and following signals received immediately after the suspicious signal for a predetermined test period of time, adding the error distances for each candidate symbol, comparing sums of the error distances to select a least sum of the error distances, and selecting the candidate symbol and following symbols detected after the selected candidate symbol resulting in the least sum of the error distances as original message symbols corresponding to one suspicious signal and the following signals.
