  • Publication number: 20240030404
Abstract: Provided are a negative electrode manufacturing method capable of forming a graphite layer oriented in one direction by using a dry process, and a negative electrode and a lithium secondary battery manufactured using the method. The manufacturing method includes: preparing a powder mixture including a plate-shaped graphite and a binder; a granulation step of preparing a graphite granule by processing the powder mixture such that graphite is oriented in one direction; preparing a graphite film in which the graphite is oriented in a thickness direction by shaping the prepared graphite granule; and laminating the graphite film on at least one surface of a negative electrode substrate.

  • Patent number: 7543314
Abstract: An optical disc drive includes a main chassis, a deck unit mounted on the main chassis to move upward and downward, and a slider installed movably on the main chassis. The slider moves the deck unit upward and downward while moving on the main chassis and an impact absorbing member, interposed between the slider and the deck unit, absorbs an impact transmitted to the deck unit.

  • Patent number: 7383558
Abstract: An optical disc drive has an improved vibration preventing device. A main chassis has opposite sidewalls and first and second mold tension parts integrally formed with the sidewalls, respectively. A pickup deck has a turn table adapted to receive a disc and a pickup moving in a radial direction of the disc and mounted to the main chassis to move up and down. A sub chassis has first and second mold tension guide parts mounted on a front of the pickup deck and supported by and under the first and the second mold tension parts. A disc tray moves inwardly and outwardly with respect to the main chassis. The mold tension guide parts of the sub chassis are elastically supported by the mold tension parts of the main chassis in an up-position of the pickup deck, thereby absorbing external impacts and inner vibrations.

  • Patent number: 7328445
Abstract: An apparatus for transferring a pickup of a disc drive which is movably installed on a pickup deck to move the pickup for recording/reproducing information by emitting light onto a disc. The appartus includes a lead screw rotatably installed at one side of the pickup deck, wherein a plurality of screw grooves are formed on an outer circumferential surface of the lead screw, and a slider coupled to the pickup and having at least one first protrusion closely inserted in the screw grooves of the lead screw to convert a rotational motion of the lead screw to a linear motion of the pickup. The pickup also has at least one second protrusion inserted in the screw grooves of the lead screw to prevent the first protrusion from being separated from the screw grooves of the lead screw.

  • Patent number: 7213251
Abstract: A tilt adjusting apparatus for an optical disc player to adjust a tilt of an optical pickup having adjusting ends positioned on at least first ends of two guide shafts that guide reciprocating motion of the optical pickup, elastic members positioned below the adjusting ends to bias the adjusting ends in a first direction, stoppers positioned on brackets above the adjusting end, to limit adjustment of the adjusting ends in the first direction, and adjusting screws coupled to the stoppers, to adjust the adjusting ends in a second direction opposite the first direction, thereby adjusting the inclination of the guide shafts. The stoppers are sized so that the optical pickup does not contact a lower surface of the disc even during large inclinations of the guide shaft.
