Abstract: Disclosed herein are a portable nail art tool and a mail art method using the same, in which a user is enabled to select a plurality of patterns engraved on a pattern molding plate and precisely print a three-dimensional pattern on fingernails using a stamping technique with the naked eye, thereby maximizing the convenience of use, and a pattern surface of the pattern molding plate is rounded and an internal air layer serves as a buffer layer during the push for printing to provide a more effective printing work, thereby improving the reliability of the product.
