    Abstract: Provided is a steam generator (1000) which comprises a water tank (200); a heater unit (300) connected with the water tank so as to heat the water; and a spraying unit (500) connected with the heater unit (300), wherein raw water heated by the heater unit (300) is in a high-temperature and high-pressure state in the heater unit (300), and the high-temperature and high-pressure raw water is converted into steam by decompression when sprayed to the outside by the spraying unit (500). The steam generator, according to the present invention, can generate steam without a separate electric power supply device, can generate steam that is harmless to the human body without generating ozone, and can generates an abundant amount of atomized steam through a process for directly heating the supplied raw water by using a heating member disposed in a housing and then secondarily heating the steam of which a phase is primarily changed so as to atomize steam particles, thereby suppressing the ejection of condensed water.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a filtering device for a food waste treatment apparatus. The filtering device includes a hygroscopic filter unit (240) which is connected to a drying furnace (202) of the food waste treatment apparatus and removes water from gas generated by the treatment of food waste, and a deodorization filter unit (230) which is connected to the hygroscopic filter unit to filter the gas supplied from the hygroscopic filter unit. The hygroscopic filter unit may be integrated with the deodorization filter unit. The present invention can remove water from gas generated from the food waste treatment apparatus and thus prevent pollution of the surroundings of the apparatus and corrosion of the apparatus. Furthermore, by the virtue of the dehumidifying function, the present invention can enhance the efficiency of a deodorization filter and reduce the frequency of replacement of the deodorization filter, thus reducing the maintenance cost.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a deodorization module and a food waste treatment apparatus having the same. The deodorization module includes a heat exchanger and an electrolytic cell. The heat exchanger conducts heat exchange between exhaust gas discharged from a drying furnace and cooling air drawn into the heat exchanger from the outside of the drying furnace. The electrolytic cell electrolyzes condensate water, formed by the heat exchange process of the heat exchanger, using bipolar packed bed electrolysis to remove offensive odors from the condensate water. The heat exchanger has flow channels therein so that the exhaust gas discharged from the drying furnace and the cooling air drawn from the outside flows along the flow channels in directions that cross each other. The food waste treatment apparatus includes the deodorization module, an intake and exhaust module and a heat exchanger having a stacked structure.
