  • Publication number: 20090078989
Abstract: Provided are a method of forming silicon nitride at a low temperature, a charge trap memory device including crystalline nano dots formed by using the same, and a method of manufacturing the charge trap memory device. The method of forming silicon nitride includes loading a substrate into a chamber of a silicon nitride deposition device comprising a filament; increasing a temperature of the filament to a temperature whereby a reactant gas to be injected into the chamber may be dissociated; and injecting the reactant gas into the chamber so as to form a crystalline silicon nitride film or crystalline silicon nitride nano dots on the substrate. In the method, the temperature of the filament may be maintained at 1,400° C.˜2,000° C., and a pressure in the chamber may be maintained at several to several ten torr when the reactant gas in injected into the chamber.

  • Patent number: 6710936
Abstract: An image sensor module with a zooming function is disclosed. The sensor module consists of first and second barrels for respectively holding condensing lenses used for image capture, and a housing having a guide channel at a sidewall thereof and movably and stably receiving the first extensions of the first and second barrels in the guide channel such that the first and second barrels are moved along a focusing axis of the condensing lenses. The sensor module also has a motor for generating a rotating force, a motor gear formed on the output shaft of the motor, and a means for controlling the interval between the first and second barrels by converting a rotating action of the motor gear into a linear movement of the first and second barrels in a horizontal direction. In the sensor module used in a variety of electronic apparatuses, the condensing lenses are movable to change their positions, thus accomplishing a zooming effect while precisely condensing light beams to produce clear images.

  • Patent number: 5965292
Abstract: A battery terminal case includes an outer case into which a battery is inserted such that an anode and a portion of a cathode can of a battery can be enclosed; a cathode terminal extension member inserted into and nested inside the outer case and contacting the portion of the cathode can; and an anode terminal extension member inserted into the inside of the cathode terminal extension member and contacting the anode of the battery. Accordingly, by using the anode and cathode terminal extension members respectively contacting the anode and the cathode of the battery, damage to the battery itself can be prevented since welding is not necessary during the manufacturing of a battery pack, and contact defects between the battery and the terminal in the conventional terminal case, occurring as the elastic force of the terminal weakens, can be prevented.
