Abstract: Provides is an apparatus for question answering based on answer trustworthiness including: an answer indexer that indexes documents of which document trustworthiness satisfying a threshold value among documents included in a document collection and stores it in a knowledge Bases; an answer candidate extractor that extracts answer candidate documents for a user's question from the knowledge Bases; an answer source trustworthiness measurement unit; an answer extraction strategy trustworthiness measurement unit; and a trustworthiness integrator that generates an answer candidate trustworthiness list by ranking the answer candidate documents on the basis of the document trustworthiness, the source trustworthiness, and the extraction strategy trustworthiness of the answer candidate documents.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an energy storage module, including: upper and lower cases each having elastic bodies provide at both side parts thereof; a capacitor cell inserted within the upper case and the lower case and having anode electrodes and cathode electrodes extended at both side parts thereof; and bus bars inserted between the anode terminals and between the cathode terminals of the capacitor cell. According to the present invention, the module can be manufactured in a comparative simple constitution, and an electric short circuit between anode and cathode terminals can be prevented when swelling occurs due to repetitive charging and discharging of capacitor cells.

There is provided an electric energy storage apparatus, including: a plurality of electric energy storage cells connected in series; voltage sensing units sensing voltage charged in each of the electric energy storage cells, respectively; first bypass discharge units connected to each of the electric energy storage cells in parallel, respectively, and bypassing and discharging electric energy charged; second bypass discharge units additionally connected to each of the electric energy storage cells in parallel, respectively, and bypassing and additionally discharging electric energy; and a control unit receiving voltage information from the voltage sensing units, determining whether controlling or not and controlling operations of each of the first and second bypass discharge units so as to equalize charged voltage values of the electric energy storage cells.

Abstract: An energy storage device includes a plurality of unit cells stacked therein, each of the unit cells including a cell body, a positive terminal disposed at one side of the cell body, and a negative terminal disposed in the cell body to form a constant rotation angle with the positive terminal with reference to a center of the cell body, wherein the plurality of cell units are stacked in such a manner that another unit cell is rotated as much as the constant rotation angle with reference to one unit cell. Temperature distribution, that is, heat distribution in the energy storage device can be kept even, and heat transmission efficiency between the terminals and the external air can be improved and thus cooling efficiency can be improved. Also, a resistance value is reduced by improving a cooling function so that performance and reliability of a product can be improved.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a tube fitting which is designed to be easily checked by visual inspection as to whether the nut tightening reaches a reference value. The tube fitting comprises a tube inserted into a body, at least one ferrule disposed around the tube, and a nut tightened onto the body to deform the ferrule for providing a seal between the body and the tube. If the nut is tightened on the body to a reference value, a check ring is detached from the body by a pressing force of the nut such that the coupling state of the nut can be checked.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an apparatus for stabilizing voltage of an energy storage in which a plurality of unit cells are connected to each other in series, including: a bypass unit that is connected to the unit cell in parallel; and a controller that detects voltage of the unit cell and controls an operation of the bypass unit according to the detected voltage of the unit cell, wherein the bypass unit bypasses current flowing in the unit cell when the detected voltage of the unit cell is larger than predetermined reference voltage to generate the reusing voltage, whereby the voltage of each unit cell is stably equalized and reuses the voltage provided to the bypass path, thereby performing voltage equalization without loss.

Abstract: In a method for providing multimedia services in a communication system, a request message for requesting contract information on users' multimedia services are received from a terminal according to service requests of the multimedia services to be received by the users. A query message for searching for the contract information in a database is generated corresponding to the request message, and the query message is transmitted to the database. The contract information is searched in the database through a Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG) query format protocol based on the query message, and a query result message containing the contract information is received from the database in response to the query message. The contract information is acknowledged in the query result message, and a response message containing the contract information is generated. Then, the response message is transmitted to the terminal.

Abstract: Provided are a method and mobile terminal for performing a personalized search, capable of providing search results optimized for a user in consideration of location and user preference. The method includes acquiring a question keyword from a user and information about the location of a mobile terminal, making a local search on the basis of the question keyword and the location information to generate local search results, displaying the local search results and storing a use record of the user of the mobile terminal corresponding to the displayed local search results, generating a user preference analysis model using the location information and the use record, then applying the generated user preference analysis model to the local search results, and deducing personalized final local search results from the local search results. Thus, it is possible to provide the local search results optimized for the user.

The voice-based mobile search apparatus according to the present invention includes a voice recognition unit for recognizing a user's voice transferred through a mobile terminal and then receiving a query. A status information collection unit collects status information of the mobile terminal and profile information of the user. An answer provision unit processes the short answers in conformity with the status information of the mobile terminal and the profile information of the user, and provides the processed short answers.

The apparatus and method of the present invention expresses diverse query types in MPEG-7 query formats and uses field types to re use a designated region. The apparatus for expressing a query inputted from a user for multimedia data search includes: an input means for receiving a query for multimedia data search from a user; and a query expression means for expressing the input query in a field type, wherein the field type includes at least one among identifier information indicating identification (ID) information of a field presenting a search condition included in the input query; type information indicating data type information of the field; and reference information indicating identifier information of another field for reference. The present invention is applied to MPEG-7 query formats.

Abstract: A method for stabilizing a knowledge graph includes: generating a knowledge graph in which same entities in a semantic relation list between entities provided as an input are represented as a single node based on names and types of the entities; computing, on the knowledge graph, semantic similarities between all potential entity pairs of same entity types by comparing, for each potential entity pair, a type of relation associated with an entity in the entity pair and an opponent entity to the entity; and selecting, based on the semantic similarities, a representative entity from each of semantically similar entity pairs on the knowledge graph and integrating an opponent entity to the representative entity into the representative entity. The method further includes computing relation weighted values between the entities by using a graph analysis and statistic information, and adding the weighted values to the knowledge graph.
