  • Patent number: 10810522
Abstract: A consolidated business intelligence platform provides customized business analytics for a plurality of customer databases, each associated with a corresponding plurality of customers. Responsive to a request from a user for a customized business intelligence interface, the system determines a customer of the plurality of customers with which the user is affiliated; accesses a set of customization parameters for the determined customer, the customization parameters including a set of data analytics parameters and a set of data display parameters; and identifies, from the plurality of customer databases, a customer database associated with the determined customer. The system analyzes a dataset from the identified customer database using the set of data analytics parameters, and then formats the analyzed dataset for display based on the set of data display parameters, thereby generating the customized business intelligence interface for transmission to the user.

  • Patent number: 8457665
Abstract: In a system and method of session based short message service (SMS) communications, unallocated tokens that are freely assignable are stored. A first unallocated token is assigned to a first message dispatched from a first application. A reply to the first message is routed to the first application utilizing the first token assigned thereto. A second unallocated token is assigned to a second message dispatched from the first application. A reply to the second message is routed to the first application utilizing the second token assigned thereto.

  • Patent number: 7257392
Abstract: A system is provided for delivery of services to at least one mobile device adapted to communicate in a wireless manner including a plurality of communication/detection devices. Each of the communication/detection devices is adapted to detect the presence of the mobile device when the mobile device is within the range thereof. Each communication/detection device is adapted to communicate information between the mobile device and the communication/detection device when the mobile device is within the range thereof. The system includes at least one multiplexer in communication with at least one of the communication/detection devices and at least one server including content stored thereon to provide at least one service to the client program on mobile device. The server is in communication with the multiplexer. The service to be provided to the mobile device depends on which one of the plurality of communication/detection devices is in communication with the mobile device.
