  • Publication number: 20250024392
Abstract: A Node-B sends a polling message to a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU). The WTRU sends an uplink synchronization burst in response to the polling message without contention. The Node-B estimates an uplink timing shift based on the synchronization burst and sends an uplink timing adjustment command to the WTRU. The WTRU then adjusts uplink timing based on the uplink timing adjustment command. Alternatively, the Node-B may send a scheduling message for uplink synchronization to the WTRU. The WTRU may send a synchronization burst based on the scheduling message. Alternatively, the WTRU may perform contention-based uplink synchronization after receiving a synchronization request from the Node-B. The WTRU may enter an idle state instead of performing a handover to a new cell when the WTRU moves to the new cell. A discontinuous reception (DRX) interval for the WTRU may be set based on activity of the WTRU.

  • Publication number: 20250021180
Abstract: Various implementations include a switch assembly that includes a housing and at least two printed circuit boards (PCBs) that are disposed within the housing and are axially arranged relative to each other. One or more force sensors are disposed on one of the PCBs, and, in some implementations, the one or more force sensors receive force input received by a touch overlay plate. Signals from the force sensors are processed to determine a magnitude, acceleration, and/or location of the force input, and a haptic feedback response is received by the touch overlay plate. The haptic feedback response is based on the force magnitude, acceleration, and/or location of input, according to some implementations. Axially arranging the PCBs reduces the footprint of the switch assembly and allows for the inclusion of more electrical components in the switch assembly, according to some implementations.

  • Publication number: 20250022601
Abstract: Disease outbreaks pose significant threats to the health and productivity of both plants and organisms, with potential economic and ecological consequences. Timely identification and prediction of disease onset are crucial for implementing effective mitigation strategies. This abstract presents a novel method that combines clustering techniques with an AI framework based on CILEAB to predict the onset of diseases in plants and organisms. The proposed method leverages unsupervised clustering algorithms to identify patterns and groupings within a dataset consisting of various disease-related parameters, such as environmental factors, genetic information, and symptom progression data. By clustering similar instances together, the method aims to capture shared characteristics among samples that could indicate the presence of an underlying disease.

  • Patent number: 12198024
Abstract: Techniques for configuring autosave triggers in a computing environment based on environment and data conditions are disclosed. A system trains a machine learning model based on data attributes and environmental attributes to generate autosave value triggers for a computing environment. The autosave value triggers are triggered by different conditions. For example, one autosave trigger may be triggered when an error condition is detected. Another may be triggered when a certain number of operations are performed. The machine learning model generates autosave trigger values scores for one or more autosave triggers. The system may implement the autosave triggers in the computing environment based on the autosave trigger values.

  • Patent number: 12197387
Abstract: Described herein are technologies that provide an element of security related to file system operations. Individual nodes in a file system, such as a directory or a file, can be associated with information that describes how to handle letter case when a file name included in a file system operation request is used to locate a file in the file system. For example, a case sensitive designation associated with a directory can require a case sensitive match between a file name included in a request and a file name included in the directory, in order to perform the requested file system operation. In another example, a case preferring designation associated with a directory first checks for a case sensitive match between file names. If a case sensitive match does not exist, then a case insensitive match between the file names can be used to perform the requested file system operation.

  • Publication number: 20250012675
Abstract: The disclosure generally relates to methods and systems for graph assisted unsupervised domain adaptation for machine fault diagnosis. The present disclosure solves the technical problems in the art using a Graph Assisted Unsupervised Domain Adaptation (GA-UDA) technique for the machine fault diagnosis. The GA-UDA technique carries out the domain adaptation in two stages. In the first stage, a Class-wise maximum mean discrepancy (CMMD) loss is minimized to transform the data from both source and target domains to a shared feature space. In the second stage, the augmented transformed (projected) data from both the source and the target domains are utilized to construct a joint graph. Subsequently, the labels of target domain data are estimated through label propagation over the joint graph. The GA-UDA technique of the present disclosure helps in addressing significant distribution shift between the two domains.
