  • Patent number: 11182056
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for quickly switching between multiple dashboards of an application. An embodiment operates by tracking changes made to a first dashboard of an application. The embodiment receives a selection for a second dashboard of the application. The embodiment stores a first data set and a first data state of the first dashboard in a cache. The embodiment removes the first dashboard from memory. The embodiment loads a second dashboard of the application into memory based on the selection. The embodiment then updates the second dashboard in the memory based on a second data set associated with the second dashboard and the shared data associated with a plurality of dashboards.

  • Patent number: 11162933
Abstract: A system and method are directed to detecting the presence of heavy metals in a flowing fluid, such as a drinking water supply. The system includes a first chamber for receiving a filtered portion of the fluid and a second chamber for receiving an unfiltered portion of the fluid. A test device measures electrical properties of the filtered fluid in the first chamber and the unfiltered fluid in the second chamber, such as an electric potential difference, and a controller can use the measured electrical properties to detect the presence or quantity of one or more heavy metals within the fluid, such as lead, cadmium, zinc, nickel, and/or copper.

  • Patent number: 11110419
Abstract: A system and method are directed toward the synthesis of polymeric capsules using a phase inversion process by extrusion of polymeric droplets through a syringe-needle assembly or an iris-shutter mechanism. The polymeric solution may be prepared by dissolving PAN (polyacrylonitrile) polymer in DMF (Dimethyl Formamide) solvent at high temperature through continuous stirring. Following preparation of the capsules, further treatment was initiated using triethylamine in gelation bath to make the final product an efficient removal agent of water hardness.

  • Publication number: 20210080169
Abstract: An egg boiler device for a refrigerator appliance is provided. In one aspect, a refrigerator appliance has a refrigerator door that defines a dispenser recess. The egg boiler device includes an end cap and a canister for receiving one or more eggs for cooking. The egg boiler device is positioned within the dispenser recess and the end cap is mounted to a dispenser assembly. A dispenser of the dispenser assembly directs a volume of heated water into the egg boiler device. The heated water imparts thermal energy to the eggs, and consequently, the eggs are cooked.

  • Publication number: 20210073006
Abstract: A system comprises data processing hardware and memory hardware. The memory hardware is in communication with the data processing hardware, and stores instructions that, when executed on the data processing hardware, cause the data processing hardware to perform a plurality of operations. In some examples, one of the operations may include receiving instance management configuration data for a single-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) application. Another operation may include further include receiving an image of the single-tenant SaaS application. Yet another operation can include generating, by the control plane manager, a control plane based on the instance management configuration data. The control plane is configured to create multiple instances of the single-tenant SaaS application based on the received image, and to manage the instances of the single-tenant SaaS application based on the received instance management configuration data.

  • Patent number: 10862776
Abstract: Managing a network environment to identify spoofed packets is disclosed. A method includes analyzing, via a first capture agent, packets processed by a first environment in a network associated with a first host, and analyzing, via a second capture agent, packets processed by a second environment in the network associated with a second host. The method includes collecting the first data and the second data at a collector and generating a topological map of the network and a history of network activity associated with the first environment and the second environment. The method includes extracting network data from a packet and comparing the extracted network data with stored network data in the database. When the comparison indicates that the extracted network data does not match the stored network data (i.e., the reported source does not match an expected source for the packet), determining that the packet is a spoofed packet.

  • Publication number: 20200351184
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for hierarchichal sharding of flows from sensors to collectors. A first collector can receive a first portion of a network flow from a first capturing agent and determine that a second portion of the network flow was not received from the first capturing agent. The first collector can then send the first portion of the network flow to a second collector. A third collector can receive the second portion of the network flow from a second capturing agent and determine that the third collector did not receive the first portion of the network flow. The third collector can then send the second portion of the network flow to the second collector. The second collector can then aggregate the first portion and second portion of the network flow to yield the entire portion of the network flow.

  • Publication number: 20200306672
Abstract: A filter assembly and a method of operating the same to detect water leaks are provided. The filter assembly includes a filter housing for receiving a filter cartridge and at least partially defining a drain trough positioned below the filter cartridge for collecting leaked water. A light source is positioned proximate the drain trough for directing light through the drain trough and a light sensor positioned proximate the drain trough for sensing the light directed through the drain trough. A controller uses the light sensor to monitor the light generated by the light source and determines that a leak exists when an intensity of sensed light is reduced by the leaked water.

  • Publication number: 20200304390
Abstract: An example method can include choosing a pattern or patterns of network traffic. This pattern can be representative of a certain type of traffic such as an attack. The pattern can be associated with various components of a network and can describe expected behavior of these various components. A system performing this method can then choose a nodes or nodes to generate traffic according to the pattern and send an instruction accordingly. After this synthetic traffic is generated, the system can compare the behavior of the components with the expected behavior. An alert can then be created to notify an administrator or otherwise remedy any problems.
