Abstract: The mobile web applications allow a user to search on a web-map for real properties anywhere in the world using mobile web browser devices. By simply entering a property geographical location (i.e., city, county, state, or zip code), an area map is prompt on the device, and one or more color coded pins are simultaneously generated on the map to identify the locations and the types of properties for sale. When further clicking on a specific color coded pins, the user is further taken to a “Property Details” page, where further detailed property information is presented.

Abstract: A method was designed to facilitate the advertisement of land auction listings for an online audience. The method includes displaying auction listing information on the Auction Calendar using Asynchronous Web Service. Wherein the advertised auction events are displayed according to the advertisement period on the graphically presented calendar. An Asynchronous Web Service is implemented to organize a user-orientated interface to automatically provide a list of auction events from the server without interrupting the user's actions. The listing is displayed as the user places the cursor over the dates in the calendar. The method allows the user to update the date and view the auction listings for a chosen date in real-time, to filter and manipulate the auction event data without refreshing the page.

Abstract: A washing machine and suds removal method thereof. The suds removal method is designed to effectively remove suds at the earliest possible time using a small amount of water by adjusting an activity of suds when the generation of suds is sensed. The suds removal method includes sensing the generation of suds during a washing cycle, and removing the suds by adjusting the activity of suds when the generation of suds is sensed.

Abstract: A washing machine and a suds sensing method thereof, in which a generation of suds is precisely sensed using discharge characteristics of suds in a water discharging operation. The suds sensing method of a washing machine includes determining whether a water level reaches a water discharge completion level in a predetermined water discharging time in a water discharging operation, determining whether the water level reaches a suds sensing level in a predetermined suds discharging time by controlling a drainage device such that the drainage device is turned on and off when the water level does not reach the water discharge completion level in the predetermined water discharging time, and sensing the suds by controlling the drainage device such that the drainage device is turned on and off in a predetermined range of the water level when the water level reaches the suds sensing level in the predetermined suds discharging time.

Abstract: A drum washing machine and a method of controlling the same. The locked state of a door is released for a predetermined period of time without interrupting water supply or water drainage for a user to open the door, during supplying or draining of water, when a washing or dewatering operation of the drum washing machine is initiated or when the washing or dewatering operation of the drum washing machine is resumed after the washing or dewatering operation of the drum washing machine is interrupted. Consequently, additional laundry may be safely and conveniently put into a rotary tub or the laundry or foreign matter may be removed from the rotary tub with improved washing and dewatering efficiency.
