The securing device includes: a bypass, to be electrically connected to the connector and having a bypass interface; a fastener engaging the to-be-engaged means after the bypass is connected to the connector; a lock mechanism, detachably locked to the bypass for preventing separation of the fastener from the to-be-engaged means; and a connecting member, for securing the combined lock mechanism and bypass to a fixture, so as to prevent the electronic device from being stolen while providing a bypass interface at the same time.
