  • Patent number: 9149918
Abstract: An L-shaped torsional wrench is provided. The wrench includes a shell body, an elastic member, an L-shaped rod and a handle. A pushing member is assembled in the shell body and is movable between a first position and a second position along the shell body. The elastic member is compressed by the pushing member when the pushing member is located in the first position for compressing the elastic member. The pushing member is noncompressed by the elastic member when the pushing member is located in the second position so that the elastic member recovers from said compression for slowing the fatigue of the elastic member, extending the durability of the elastic member and keeping the torsional accuracy of the wrench.

  • Patent number: 7318574
Abstract: A tool kit structure including a tool kit having a bottom box and an upper cover. One side of the upper cover is formed with a recessed section. Two lateral sides of the recessed section are respectively formed with two longitudinally extending lugs opposite to each other. A hanging block is connected with a bottom of the recessed section. The hanging block is conveniently closable/openable. The hanging block is formed with a hanging hole for hanging the tool kit for exhibition. The top of the upper cover is formed with a turning depression near the side of the upper cover. After the hanging block is closed into the recessed section, the turning depression serves as a turning space for a user to easily turn the hanging block. By means of the hanging block, the tool kit can be horizontally placed or vertically hung.

  • Publication number: 20070289414
Abstract: A ratchet hand tool includes a handle and a head in which a through hole is defined there. A driving member is rotatably received in the through hole. A recess is defined in an inner periphery of the through hole and a ratchet mechanism is received in the recess. The ratchet mechanism includes a first member with a curved and smooth surface, a second member with teeth, and a spring member is connected between the first and second members. The teeth of the second member are engaged with the teeth in the driving member so that the teeth of the driving member that are in contact with the curved and smooth surface of the first member are not worn out during operation. Two ends of the spring member are retained in the first and second notches defined in the first and second members.

  • Publication number: 20070256525
Abstract: A rotary wrench structure including a main body and a working head. The main body has a handle section at one end and two lugs at the other end. The two lugs define therebetween a holding space. A split communicates with the holding space and extends therefrom to the handle section. The working head has a receiving space in which a ratchet head is accommodated. A stopper member is mounted at a bottom end of the ratchet head for locating the ratchet head. At least one cavity is formed on a sidewall of the receiving space, in which at least one pawl unit is mounted. The pawl unit includes a pawl block, a slide block and a resilient member. The pawl block has several ratchets and the slide block has an arced face. The pawl block and the slide block are interconnected by the resilient member. • Publication number: 20070245865
Abstract: A torque adjustable wrench includes an adjusting rod extending from an end of the shank of the wrench and a first toothed surface are longitudinally defined in an outer periphery thereof. A longitudinal positioning groove is defined in the adjusting rod to form a blank area of the first toothed surface. An end cap is connected to the grip which is rotatably connected to the shank and includes second toothed surface which is engaged with the first toothed surface. A positioning member is connected to the end cap and includes a positioning tongue which can be removably engaged with the longitudinal positioning groove. When the torque is set, the grip is pulled to remove the positioning tongue from the longitudinal positioning groove and the user may operate the wrench. The use can trace the original setting by inserting the positioning tongue into the longitudinal positioning groove.

  • Patent number: 7150212
Abstract: A torque screwdriver including a handle formed with a window. An indicator is disposed in the handle near the window. A scale is axially movably mounted in the handle. The scale is drivingly connected with a compression mechanism disposed at one end of the handle and a resilient mechanism. The scale is drivable by the compression mechanism to compress the resilient mechanism. The compression distance is obtainable by means of observing the relative positions between the indicator and the scale through the window. The resilient mechanism is drivingly connected with an axially slidable lower toothed tray for transmitting the torque to an upper toothed tray pivotally mounted at the other end of the handle. The upper toothed tray is drivable by the lower toothed tray to output the torque.

  • Patent number: 7124664
Abstract: A ratchet wrench including a head section formed with two slots and two pawls each having a post slidably fitted through the slots. The ratchet wrench further includes a shift member formed with two slots respectively intersecting the slots of the head section. The posts of the pawls are slidably inlaid in the slots of the head section and the slots of the shift member. By means of shifting the shift member, the pawls can be directly driven to slide along the slots, whereby one of the pawls is engaged with the ratchet wheel, while the other of the pawls is disengaged from the ratchet wheel.

  • Patent number: 7051625
Abstract: A detent structure of a torque wrench for adjusting operation angle thereof, including a wrench handle, two detents, a resilient member and a working head. One end of the wrench handle is formed with a pivot cavity. Via the resilient member, the detents are movably disposed in the pivot cavity of the wrench handle. One end of each detent is formed with an engaging section having a connecting channel. The other end of each detent has a pres section. Two ends of the resilient member are formed with two connecting sections inserted in the connecting channels of the detents. One end of the working head has an engaging section pivotally disposed in the pivot cavity of the wrench handle. The engaging sections of the detents are engaged with the engaging section of the working head. By means of the resilient member disposed between the detents, a user can press the press sections of the detents with little strength to disengage the engaging sections of the detents from the engaging section of the working head.

  • Patent number: 6978705
Abstract: A torque wrench including a wrench main body, a central push rod mounted in the main body and having an escape section, an adjustment handle adjustably fitted with one end of the main body and a restricting member locked on the central push rod. When adjusting the preset torque value, a user engages a toothed section of the central push rod in a toothed hole of the adjustment handle; the adjustment handle drives the central push rod to adjust the torque value of the torque wrench. The toothed section of the central push rod is then disengaged from the toothed hole of the adjustment handle. The escape section having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the toothed hole fits into the toothed hole so that the central push rod is free from the adjustment handle; as a result the torque value will not be unexpectedly changed.

  • Patent number: 6886429
Abstract: The present invention relates to a ratchet wrench having a pivotal head, which generally includes a handle, an elastic plate, an elastic block and a pivotal head. Wherein the handle is defined with a slot at an end thereof, the elastic block is defined at an end thereof with an engaging portion, and at another end thereof is formed with a notch for the reception of the elastic plate. With the help of the elastic plate, the elastic block is movably received in the slot of the handle of the ratchet wrench. At end of the pivotal head is formed with a coupling portion which is to be received in the slot of the handle, so as to engage with the engaging portion of the elastic block. By such arrangements, the ratchet head of the wrench can change the operational angle relative to the handle, so as to improve the applicability of the ratchet wrench.
