Abstract: A sliding rail mechanism includes a first rail, a second rail slidably mounted to the first rail, a third rail slidably mounted to the second rail, and a securing member. The securing member includes a stopping portion and an engaging portion. The second rail and the third rail can slide in a first direction. The stopping portion and the engaging portion are insertable into the second rail when the second rail slides to a first position. The stopping portion can prevent the second rail from sliding in the first direction. The engaging portion can prevent the middle rail from sliding in a second direction opposite to the first direction. The engaging portion is extruded out from the second rail when the inner rail is slided to a second position, thereby enabling the second rail to slide in the second direction. A rack with the sliding rail mechanism is also provided.

Abstract: Slide assembly includes a frame, a first slide, a second slide and a clipping member. The frame includes a retaining panel. A securing panel is coupled to the retaining panel and secured to the retaining panel. The second slide is slidably attached to the first slide. The clipping member is attached to the second slide and extends out of the second slide. The clipping member is engaged with the retaining panel for preventing the second slide from moving relative to first slide.

Abstract: A mounting apparatus for expansion cards includes a cage of a chassis, a bracket secured to the cage, a positioning member, and a circuit board. The cage includes an installation plate. The installation plate is adapted to secure a first end of a first expansion card. The positioning member is removably mounted to the cage and includes a top wall. The top wall is adapted to secure a third end of a second expansion card with a height smaller than the first expansion card. The circuit board is secured to the bracket and is adapted to secure a second end of the first expansion card and a forth end of the second expansion card. A distance between the installation plate and the top wall is substantially equal to an altitude difference between the first expansion card and the second expansion card.

Abstract: A rack includes a rack body, an installation member attached to the rack body, at least one latch member secured to the installation member, and a supporting assembly. The supporting assembly is engaged between the installation member and the at least one latch member. The supporting assembly is retractable relative to the rack body between a first position and a second position, in the first position, the supporting assembly is extended out from the rack body, and an end of the supporting assembly away from the rack body supports the rack body; in the second position, the supporting assembly is retracted in the rack body.
