  • Patent number: 11931861
Abstract: A grinding wheel includes a plurality of wheel tips. The plurality of wheel tips include a plurality of diamond abrasive grains and a bonding material mixed with the diamond abrasive grains. The plurality of diamond abrasive grains have a ratio of a length in a long axis direction to a width in a short axis direction of 1:2.5 to 1:3.5 and includes edges or vertices having a grinding angle of 90° or less.

  • Publication number: 20150368915
Abstract: Disclosed herein are a form board and a method of constructing a form using the same. The form board has a rectangular board shape, is made of foam so as to be usable as an insulator for pouring concrete, and tie through-holes are provided at edge portions of the form board such that flat ties are arranged through the tie through-holes. Thus, the form board is a nonmetallic form board (sheathing board) with heat insulation properties (e.g., made of a foam material such as Styrofoam or a plastic material) used as an internal/external insulator for construction, without the removal of the form board after pouring concrete, and the form board can provide convenience and practicality since the form board itself performs an insulation function and there is no need for the separate removal operation of the form board after curing the concrete and thus the installation operation of insulators.

  • Publication number: 20150354234
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a flat tie including a long strip-shaped steel tie body passing through a pair of form boards, which are spaced apart in a width direction, and having wedge holes, which are respectively provided in both end portions thereof protruding outward from the associated form boards, and a plurality of gap holding protrusions provided on one surface of the tie body, which is located in a space between the pair of spaced form boards, so as to be caught by and fixed to one side of each form board, such that a predetermined distance between the pair of form boards is maintained. In accordance with the disclosure, it is possible to basically remove a separate gap holding member for maintaining a distance between form boards and to reduce costs.

  • Publication number: 20150082736
Abstract: Disclosed are an H-beam and a method for constructing a concrete form using the H-beam and non-metallic sheathing board. An H-beam includes a middle support part interposed between two adjacent sheathing boards so that lateral surfaces of edge portions of the two adjacent sheathing boards respectively contact both lateral surfaces of the middle support part and are supported by the middle support part, and edge connection parts bent perpendicular from both side end portions of the middle support part and extending forward and backward in a longitudinal direction in order to cover front and rear surfaces of the edge portions of the sheathing boards and support the same. Accordingly, connection of the sheathing boards can be achieved rapidly and easily, construction processes are simplified, and work time is remarkably reduced. As a result, work efficiency is improved.
