  • Publication number: 20060055688
Abstract: A method of resolving display delay is disclosed. The method of resolving display delay comprises the steps of: dividing a period of turning on scan lines of an image is into at least two sections; and charging at least one section of the period while discharging the other sections of the period for enabling the charging of scan lines (i.e. enabling pixel displaying) and the discharging of scan lines (i.e. erasing pixel displaying) are performed with a designated number of scan lines apart so as to achieve the purpose of preventing the liquid crystal display from generating display delay and image-sticking phenomena.

  • Publication number: 20050104836
Abstract: A shift-register circuit. The shift-register circuit has a plurality of shift-register units connected in series. Each of the shift-register units generates first and second pulse signals, wherein the first pulse signal is an output signal of the shift-register circuit and the second pulse signal is a trigger signal of a subsequent shift-register unit. A LCD panel driving circuit using the shift-register circuit is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20050052439
Abstract: The present invention relates to a gate drive device for a display. In the display, a timing control register is installed for rearranging the image signal data transmitted by a back end circuit of the display, and changing the open directions of the scan lines of each of the divided panel areas to the opposite directions by means of the image signal data transmitted to the display panel so as to resolve the problem of RC-delay, which makes the display image have uneven color in the jointing portion between the scan line gate drivers and makes the frame shift, caused by the excessive length of the scan line circuits of the display panel.

  • Publication number: 20050024348
Abstract: A driving circuit for solving color dispersion is disclosed, which includes a coding unit, a reference voltage generator and at least one data driver. The coding unit generates a plurality of coded data based on three Gamma curves. The reference voltage generator receives the coded data and converts the coded data into a plurality of reference voltages, such that the data driver drives display cells on the display array in accordance with the reference voltages.
