  • Publication number: 20100031763
Abstract: A multi-cycle ball screw comprises a screw, a nut, a plurality of balls and circulating caps. The screw is provided with at least two screw helical grooves in an outer surface thereof. The nut is provided with nut helical grooves opposite to the screw helical grooves. The balls are disposed between the helical grooves of the screw and the nut. Each circulating cap is provided with a circulating groove having an opening at both ends thereof and a guiding portion between the two openings. The circulating caps are connected to two points of one screw helical groove by two openings thereof while the guiding portion thereof crosses over the other screw helical groove. By repeating this cooperation method, a multi-cycle ball screw can be formed.

  • Publication number: 20090224429
Abstract: Since all points on a spherical surface are equidistant from the center of its sphere, the occurrence of interference during mold release can be prevented by releasing the half sphere along the normal direction of a plane passing through the center of the sphere. In this invention, the upper and lower molds of the ball chain each has a protruding configuration having a spherical surface, and the upper and lower molds are released along an inclined direction, thus preventing the interference between the protruding configuration and the finished product during mold release. Such mold releasing method also can solve the difficulties in production and can improve the effect of the spacers for separating the steel balls.

  • Patent number: 7506725
Abstract: The rolling friction force of ball screw is much small than the sliding friction force of it. Using ball screw as the transmission mechanism for elevator, so as to find the differences of friction forces between rolling motion and sliding motion. Besides, the current of motor has the obvious relationship to the driving force of motor, we use current of motor for ball screw type elevator to monitor the system. And, before the serious damage occurring, the monitor system can find the different form the current of motor, and make the operation for elevator safer.

  • Patent number: 7419303
Abstract: A ball connecting body for a ball screw or a linear guide-way, comprises spacers, guide linking members, and connecting members. The spacers are interposed between two adjacent balls, thereby preventing the two balls from hitting. The guide linking members are used for linking the two spacers, so that the ball may be maintained in a space formed by the guide linking members and the spacers. The connecting member connects two adjacent spacers. The total width of the connecting member in a direction of a connecting line of the two guide linking members is smaller than the total height of the connecting member in a direction vertical to the connecting line of the two guide linking members, so that the connecting member has an excellent bendable capability in the direction of the connecting line of the two guide linking members.

  • Publication number: 20080025654
Abstract: A rolling groove with combined curve profile for linear guide way in which the cross section profile of the rolling groove is formed of three successively and tangentially contacted circular arcs. The ratio of radius of curvature of the intermediate arc to the radius of ball is made approaching to 1, while the radii of curvature of arcs at both sides are larger that of the intermediate one. By so, the design of the present invention can achieve a sufficient load carrying capability and provide an optimistic self-aligning effect as well for the linear guide way so as to prevent the traveling ball from being in contact with the edge of the rolling groove.

  • Patent number: 7320547
Abstract: A ball chain used in a linear guideway, at either end of the chain is formed a protruded connecting block, the connecting blocks each has an abutting surface that is parallel to a radial direction of a center of the radius of curvature of the ball chain, the abutting surfaces of the connecting blocks of the spacers at both ends of the chain are mated with each other for limiting axial rotation of the ball chain. Due to the two connecting blocks at the end of the ball chain that has entered the return path protrude out of the groove, the end of the chain within the return path will use the abutting surface to limit the end of the chain that has not entered the return path and to guide the end of the chain, which has not entered the return path, into the return path smoothly, thus improving the operating smoothness of the chain.

  • Publication number: 20070170007
Abstract: A ball screw drive mechanism for an elevator comprises: a screw shaft, an elevator car-connecting member connected to an elevator car, a ball nut screwed on the screw shaft, in an inner surface of the ball nut being formed a helical female groove, a plurality of balls rotatably arranged between the helical male groove and the helical female groove, and a sliding nut formed with a helical thread for meshing with the helical male groove. Between the helical thread and the helical male groove is a gap, when a relative rotation occurs between the screw shaft and the sliding nut, the sliding nut will move along the screw shaft, and the helical thread of the sliding nut doesn't contact the helical male groove of the screw shaft, however, when the ball nut is worn off so severely that it is unable to support load of the elevator, the thread of the sliding nut will contact the helical male groove of the screw shaft to support the load of the elevator.
