Abstract: A display device includes pixels connected to scan lines and data lines, each pixel including a driving transistor and at least one light emitting element, and a timing controller configured to generate output data using external input data. The timing controller includes a first compensator configured generate first data by correcting the external input data using at least one of optical measurement information, a threshold voltage of each of the driving transistors, mobility information, dimming information, and temperature information, and an afterimage compensator configured to generate second data based on age information of each light emitting element and the first data, generate third data based on a current amount corresponding to the first data and a current amount corresponding to the second data, and generate the age information by accumulating the third data.

Abstract: In the case of a gas in which several gases are mixed, a type and concentration of the gas may be incorrectly measured when measured using only an optical band-pass filter. The invention of the present application is directed to providing a technology in which a plurality of broadband band-pass filters having overlapping regions are provided to calculate a magnitude of absorption for each wavelength band for light passing through each broadband band-pass filter, thereby identifying the presence of a gas of interest and the presence of a gas other than the gas of interest.

Abstract: An image processing device including: a decision pixel manager for setting a decision area for a defect candidate pixel, and determining a first decision pixel and a second decision pixel, based on first phase information of pixels included in the decision area with respect to a first modulation frequency of a sensing light source among the pixels; a target pixel determiner for calculating a phase difference between the first decision pixel and the second decision pixel, based on second phase information of the pixels with respect to a second modulation frequency of the sensing light source, and determining the defect candidate pixel as a target pixel, corresponding to that the phase difference exceeds a predetermined reference value; and a phase corrector for changing a phase of the target pixel, based on the phase difference.
