    Abstract: A semiconductor device structure is provided. The semiconductor device structure includes an interconnection structure over a semiconductor substrate and a conductive pillar over the interconnection structure. The conductive pillar has a protruding portion extending towards the semiconductor substrate from a lower surface of the conductive pillar. The semiconductor device structure also includes an upper conductive via between the conductive pillar and the interconnection structure and a lower conductive via between the upper conductive via and the interconnection structure. The lower conductive via is electrically connected to the conductive pillar through the upper conductive via. The conductive pillar extends across opposite sidewalls of the upper conductive via and opposite sidewalls of the lower conductive via. A top view of an entirety of the second conductive via is separated from a top view of an entirety of the protruding portion.

    Abstract: A hot-pressing molding method for fiber thermosetting prepreg material includes providing a die module including a first side die and a second side die; providing an upper die; attaching fiber prepreg material to the upper die with the fiber prepreg material facing the die module; closing the upper die and the die module; heating and pressurizing the upper die and the die module; introducing and pouring a gas with a predetermined pressure through a preset passage into the upper die to soften the upper die so that the softened upper die transmits the predetermined pressure of the gas to the fiber prepreg material. Thus, the upper die applies a lateral pressure to the side wall of the molded product.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for motion estimation in multimedia images, which comprises steps of: dividing a predict image frame into a plurality of groups of macroblocks, and each of the groups of macroblocks including a plurality of macroblocks; predicting a motion vector of each of the groups of macroblocks, and producing a predict motion vector; producing one or more search windows according to the predict motion vector; and comparing a plurality of pixels in each macroblock of each group of macroblocks to a plurality of pixels in the search window, and producing an actual motion vector, respectively. Thereby, by gathering a plurality of macroblocks, a shared predict motion vector is produced for reducing computations in coding. Hence, the coding efficiency can be enhanced.

    Abstract: A method of preventing display panel from burn-in defect is provided, suitable for regulating an image on the display area, and the display panel includes a plurality of pixels. The method includes the following steps. First, a first shifting signal is outputted to make the image on the display area shift a first distance along a first direction. Moreover, a second shifting signal is outputted to make the image on the display area shift a second distance along a second direction. The method can prevent the display panel from the burn-in defect when the display panel displays a static image or an image with a fixed position on the display area for a long period.
