Abstract: A hybrid dual-sided DVD. Recordable surfaces are respectively formed on each of the two sides thereof. Fabrication of the DVD utilizes the conventional steps of coating, gluing, sticking, and others, or uses other disc manufacturing techniques such as single-layered, two-to-one, or three-to-one to integrate a dual-sided DVD structure. The DVD conforms to one-time-only recordable, re-recordable, or other series types. The hybrid dual-sided DVD is able to carry un-rewriteable data on one side, while allowing an end user to record and/or re-record supplementary or complementary data on the reverse side, proving more convenient for information integration, delivery, and storage.
