  • Publication number: 20130020205
Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus and method for forming an oxidation layer on a manifold block for a fuel cell stack, which forms an oxidation layer uniformly over the entire surface of a long and complicated internal flow field of a manifold block. In particular, the apparatus for forming an oxidation layer on a manifold block for a fuel cell stack includes: an electrolyte bath which contains an electrolyte required for the formation of the oxidation layer, an electrode for supplying a required electron flow for the formation of the oxidation layer from a power supply to the manifold block immersed in the electrolyte of the electrolyte bath and to the electrolyte, and an air supply for supplying oxygen to the electrolyte. Even more particularly, the electrode connected to the electrolyte is inserted into each internal flow field of the manifold block to provide an effective electron flow therein.

  • Patent number: 6772046
Abstract: A method for monitoring an operational failure of a stocker for use in a semiconductor factory automation system, wherein the stocker is divided into a plurality of operational parts, includes the steps of: a) generating stocker state information representing an operational state of the stocker in response to a stocker state signal issued from the stocker; b) inspecting the stocker state information to update the operational state of the stocker previously stored; c) generating a warning signal when at least one part contained in the stocker has failed; and d) generating an audiovisual warning sign in response to the warning signal. The method can effectively provide audiovisual warning signs when the stocker has failed.

  • Patent number: 5227867
Abstract: An apparatus for line-alternating interpolation of chroma signals in a MUSE decoder for a high definition (HD) television can simultaneously transmit color difference signals such that a color difference signal of an untransmitted scanning line is restored using the color difference signal of a neighboring scanning line of a currently transmitting scanning line. In the apparatus, the color difference signals alternately inputting every scanning line through an input terminal, are delayed for periods of one horizontal line, so that the two signals which are most similar to the presently transmitting color difference signal among the delayed color difference signals are added together, and the two signals which are most dissimilar to the original signal are also added together.

  • Patent number: 5194937
Abstract: A television signal converting system which converts a television signal having a different broadcasting method to be displayed on another type television receiver by performing a signal converting process. The system performs a scanning line conversion for an arbitrary television signal to separate at least two luminance and color difference signals having different scanning line numbers corresponding to at least two picture screen modes. The system selects the luminance and color difference signals according to the screen mode among the separated at least two luminance and chrominance signals and then samples the selected luminance and color difference signals by the scanning line number corresponding to the picture screen mode.
