  • Publication number: 20080105706
Abstract: A depress-to-actuate pneumatically-operated double-walled container includes a double-walled contained accommodated in an outer casing, both being secured to a dispenser cap. The double-walled container includes an outer layer accommodating therein a flexible inner layer forming a collapsible bag in which a fluid product is contained. When the dispenser cap is depressed and actuated, the fluid produce is gradually pumped out of the container, which induces a negative pressure inside the inner layer by which the inner layer is collapsed toward the dispenser cap to completely expel the fluid produce out of the container with repeated actuation of the dispenser cap.

  • Publication number: 20070164055
Abstract: A pump device for fluid dispensers is provided whose chamber is partitioned into a pressure room and a fluid room. A piston element is engaged inside the pressure room by an actuating rod to push the piston element downward, or by a resilient element beneath the piston element to restore the piston element back to the top. An air valve element at the bottom of the piston element automatically opens or closes the induction of air to the pressure room when the piston element is moved upward or downward. The fluid room is dedicated to the passage of the fluid. A normally closed fluid valve element is provided at the bottom of the fluid room. When the fluid in the container device is pressurized, the fluid pushes open the fluid valve element, flows into the fluid room and then out of the spout of the pump device.

  • Patent number: 7150376
Abstract: A double-layered fluid container which includes an upper diaphragm and a lower diaphragm, which provides alternating squeezing action so that the upper diaphragm and the lower diaphragm causes an opening and a closing action to the container. The contents in the container are isolated from the external contact with air and therefore oxidation process is inhibited and the container provides a constant delivery of the contents and the contents are prevented from back flowing into the container. The delivery of the contents can be controlled at a stable squeezing pressure.

  • Publication number: 20060131341
Abstract: A pressurized container for fluid is disclosed. The container has a dual-layered soft material and an inner valve plate acting on each other alternatingly to squeeze out the contents in the container. The valve plate is a plugging valve which is effectively isolating the contact of the content with the external, and allows fix amount squeezing of material. A lower valve plate is provided ON and OFF which allows the internal pressure within the container to increase if the container is squeezed so that the upper valve plate is open, and the contents of the container can be discharged.
