The vehicle-running information related with the running of a vehicle to be outputted in the form of light as a background screen, so that a driver can perceive the vehicle-running information without diverting or obstructing the driver's driving attention, thereby enhancing the driver's ability to cope with a vehicle travel risk during the traveling of the vehicle.
