  • Publication number: 20240139669
Abstract: A method for preparing hydrogen from ammonia by using pressure swing adsorption (PSA) is provided. The method for preparing hydrogen from ammonia, of the present invention, comprises the steps of: generating hydrogen and nitrogen from ammonia gas through a high-temperature reaction by using a catalyst; performing purification by selectively adsorbing unreacted ammonia gas from a gas containing unreacted ammonia and low-purity hydrogen and nitrogen, which are supplied through the high-temperature reaction and cooled; and performing purification by separating high-purity hydrogen from the gas consisting of low-purity hydrogen and nitrogen, wherein purification is carried out by using a carbon molecular sieve (CMS) adsorbent so as to desorb the unreacted ammonia gas through PSA.

  • Publication number: 20120030928
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for producing custom-made gloves. In the present invention, an order management server receives customer information and hand scan data from a measurement and order processing apparatus, generates pattern information to be used for glove production using a pattern generation apparatus, and requests a leather processing apparatus to produce a glove according to the pattern information. According to the present invention, it is possible to realize an online ordering and production process involving size measurement and manufacturing procedures in the production process for leather gloves. In addition, as body scan data is obtained by a low-cost 2D body scanner instead of a high-cost 3D body scanner, it is possible to produce precise custom-made leather gloves at reduced cost.

  • Patent number: 6489667
Abstract: Semiconductor devices and methods of manufacturing such devices are disclosed. In one embodiment of this invention, a semiconductor chip is bonded to a first surface of a substrate. The substrate extends beyond the edge of the chip. Signal input/output pads on the chip are juxtaposed with an opening in the substrate. A molded support is formed on the portion of the first surface of the substrate that extends beyond between the sidewall of the edge of the chip. The support prevents bending of the substrate, and allows solder balls to be formed on the entire area of a second surface of the substrate opposite the first surface of the substrate. A heat dissipating plate is mounted on a surface of the chip opposite the substrate. The heat dissipating plate is attached to the support.

  • Patent number: 6462274
Abstract: Chip-scale semiconductor packages of the fan-out type and methods of manufacturing such packages are disclosed. In one package embodiment within the invention, the package substrate is stiff enough to effectively carry an increased number of solder balls on an exterior area outside the edge of a semiconductor chip, in addition to the area above the chip. In another package embodiment, a molded support is mounted to the lower surface of the exterior area. The methods of the present invention include making a plurality of packages on a substrate. Prior to sawing a wafer to obtain chips for the assembly method, the wafer is inspected so as to discriminate between good chips and the defective chips. Only good chips are mounted to a wafer-shaped or strip-shaped substrate.

  • Patent number: 6190690
Abstract: A sustained/immediate acting ketoprofen patch. A moisture permeable backing, a moisture non-permeable primer, a moisture high-permeable drug layer containing ketoprofen and a skin adhesion layer controlling release of a drug solution are piled up. An ethyl acetate soluble acrylic/rubber adhesive is coated onto a silicon coated paper, dried and transfer coated onto the backing to form the primer. The drug layer is formed by coating a drug solution onto a silicon coated paper, drying and transfer coating onto the primer. The skin adhesion layer is formed by coating a mixture of a solution prepared by dissolving an emulsifier in ethyl acetate and acrylic adhesive, drying and transfer coating onto the drug layer. The ketoprofen patch has a drug release controlling function and a good adhesion strength. The drug transferring effect through the skin is good.
