Abstract: A multi-function variable healthcare shoe is provided, including a foot pad having an air sack foot pad that obeys pumping principles, an intake valve disposed on an inner side of a rear bottom portion of the air sack, and an exhaust valve disposed on an inner side of a toe portion of the air sack. A plurality of non-slip protrusions are disposed in front of the air sack. A curved and protruded air guide turns to an external portion of a venting slot for guiding air to flow through a slot disposed on a bottom portion and a protection edge to a topline to form a ventilation system. Therefore, air keeps flowing through and ventilating in the multi-function variable healthcare shoe. The foot pad has a massage cover. The foot pad is full-sized or half-sized.
