Abstract: Proposed is a heat dissipating device using turbulent flow. In the heat dissipating device, a plurality of block flow paths are formed in parallel inside a block body, a first cap and a second cap are mounted on side surfaces of the respective ends of the block body so as to connect the block flow paths, a working fluid flows into the block flow paths, and the working fluid which has passed through the block flow paths is transferred to the outside. Turbulence generators are mounted inside the block flow paths, and finishing end portions on the respective ends of the turbulence generators are supported by the first cap and the second cap and are positioned inside the block flow paths.

Abstract: An air conditioner for a vehicle including an air-conditioning case divided into a plurality of air passageways by a separation wall. A heating heat exchanger is disposed inside the air-conditioning case and exchanges heat with air to heat the interior of the vehicle. A perforated member is disposed at a downstream side of the heating heat exchanger and has a plurality of perforated holes through which the air passing the heating heat exchanger passes, and a partition wall is disposed between the heating heat exchanger and the perforated member to divide the air passageway of the air-conditioning case into a plurality of air passageways, wherein the partition wall is formed integrally with the perforated member.

The reinforcement-sealing region includes a compressed surface, provided in the sealing portion between the connection-sealing region and the front end-sealing region and recessed into the sealing portion, and raised surfaces, provided in the sealing portion between the connection-sealing region and the compressed surface and between the front end-sealing region and the compressed surface and each of which is formed thicker than the compressed surface. The battery case has a resin layer, a metal layer, and an insulating layer.

The ultrasonic welding device is configured to weld an overlapping surface of an electrode tab and an electrode lead in an electrode assembly. The ultrasonic welding device includes an anvil on which the overlapping surface of the electrode tab and the electrode lead are disposed. A horn is configured to apply ultrasonic waves to the overlapping surface of the electrode tab and the electrode lead while pressing the overlapping surface. The overlapping surface is disposed on the anvil. An electrode tab measuring part is configured to measure a thickness of the electrode tab disposed on the overlapping surface. A pressure adjusting device is configured to adjust a pressure applied to the overlapping surface by the anvil and the horn according to the thickness value of the electrode tab. The thickness value is measured by the electrode tab measuring part.
