    Abstract: A color conversion apparatus includes an extraction unit, a summer, a scale vector generation unit, and a multiplier. The extraction unit extracts first white component data and first primary color component data of gray scale, second white component data and second primary color component data of brightness scale in response to gray scale data supplied from the outside. The summer sums the second primary color component data for one frame to calculate a primary color sum, and sums the second white component data for the one frame to calculate a white sum. The scale vector generation unit generates a primary color scale vector and a white scale vector in response to the primary color sum and the white sum. The multiplier multiplies the first primary color component data by the primary color scale vector to output primary color gray scale data scaled thereby, and multiplies the first white component data by the white scale vector to output white gray scale data scaled thereby.

    Abstract: A mask that facilitates OLED processing and is capable of being made cost-effectively is presented. The mask includes a mask frame, a connection frame fastened to the mask frame, a mask plate welded to the connection frame, and a plurality of fastening members that fasten the connection frame to the mask frame. The connection frame, which is capable of being welded to the mask plate, is interposed between the mask plate and the mask frame to create a tension in the mask plate. Thus, it is possible to manufacture a shadow mask that does not sag. The mask frame may be formed with a light metal such as aluminum.

    Abstract: Provided are a split-gate-type nonvolatile memory device and method of fabricating the same. The method includes forming isolation patterns defining active regions in a predetermined region of a semiconductor substrate. A first conductive layer is formed on the resultant structure having the isolation patterns. The first conductive layer has openings exposing both ends of the isolation patterns. Mask patterns are formed between the openings on the first conductive layer, thereby exposing a top surface of the first conductive layer as a rectangular type. The exposed top surface of the first conductive layer is thermally oxidized to form silicon oxide patterns with rectangular shapes. The first conductive layer is anisotropically etched using the silicon oxide patterns as etch masks to form floating conductive patterns. Thereafter, control gate electrodes are formed across the isolation patterns on the silicon oxide patterns.
