    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a built-up type box-shaped steel column for filling concrete therein, that can be formed easily and economically in a built-up scheme by using ?-beams and steel plates, and a method for manufacturing the same that includes bonding a steel plate at the inner surface of a ?-shapes during a process of making a built-up type box-shaped steel column, thereby having a good resistance against a lateral pressure of concrete filled in the steel column and preventing the bonded portion from being exposed to the outside to provide a better outer appearance. The built-up type box-shaped steel column for filling concrete therein, includes: a ?-shapes disposed at each of the four corners of a box-shaped steel column to be formed; and a steel plate disposed between the ?-shapes adjacent to each other for connecting the ?-shapes with each other.

    Abstract: An organic EL display panel has a multi-layered structure in which a first electrode and a second electrode are formed on a transparent panel and an organic EL layer is formed between the first and second electrodes. A method for sealing the organic EL display panel includes the steps of forming a buffer layer of an organic matter such as silicon oxide and silicon nitride on the transparent panel, and locating a shield cover on the buffer layer. Thus, adhesive strength between the panel and an adhesive is enhanced to prevent external humidity and oxygen from being permeated into the panel, thereby increasing life span of the display.

The organic EL device includes a substrate, an anode, an organic EL layer, a cathode, and a transparent electrode connected with the cathode to extract the cathode to an outside, and further includes an interconnection line connected to the transparent electrode, for discharging charges accumulated on the cathode outside the organic EL device. According to the present invention, since the charges generated on the cathode can be removed through the interconnection line, the underlying organic EL layer and the TFT can be prevented from being damaged, so that the device reliability can be enhanced.

The method includes: forming electrode separators on a substrate, the electrode separators being spaced apart by a constant distance from one another; and depositing an electrode material on an entire surface of the substrate including the electrode separators to form an electrode separated by the electrode separators. According to the present invention, since the anode is automatically separated in the unit of pixels due to the existence of the electrode separator, delamination of the anode can be prevented, and further product reliability can be enhanced. Also, since a complicated photolithography process is not needed, process efficiency can be enhanced.
