The tire pressure detecting element includes a flash memory, wherein the flash memory has a backup bootloader and an inner memory section. The update setting element stores a plurality of reset modules, and each of the reset modules corresponds to the inner memory section, wherein the backup bootloader is started for selecting one of the reset modules to cover the inner memory section.
